It's time to practice a smiling relaxation.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

Drop your shoulders.

Take a gentle,

Deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Smile.

Feel the corners of your mouth go up.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Smile.

Feel the relaxation in your forehead.

Deep breath in.

And out.

Smile.

Feel the difference in your cheeks.

Do another ten in and out breaths.

And smile even more with each exhalation.

Be gentle.

μ–Έε―Ÿ Doing wonderfully.

Relaxing and smiling.

Good.

How that has changed how you feel.

The more you smile.

The more the unconscious mind thinks of memories of happiness.

The more the unconscious mind thinks of those memories.

The more it changes the way you feel.

Relaxed.

Happy.

Content.

Remember that you can use this little technique anywhere,

At any point.

As long as it's safe to close your eyes.

Come back to the moment now.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Have a nice,

Gentle stretch.

And open your eyes.

Refreshed,

Relaxed.

Smiling.

Happy.

Content.
