Welcome,

Tonight there's nothing you have to become,

You are already worthy of rest.

Let your body sink,

Let the breath soften.

Let everything you didn't get done,

Stay undone.

Gratitude doesn't have to be loud,

It doesn't need a journal or a list.

Sometimes it sounds as simple as this,

I'm here,

I made it,

That's enough.

Notice the gentle rhythm of your breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

The body knows how to rest,

You don't have to force it,

You don't have to try.

Let the weight of the day dissolve,

All the ways you measured yourself today,

Let them go.

The version of you lying here now is already deserving,

Not for what you did,

Not for what you achieved,

But simply because you exist.

You are not missing anything,

You are not a project,

There is no race to run tonight.

Let your breath carry that truth deeper with every exhalation.

Inhaling gently,

Exhaling fully,

Releasing effort,

Releasing striving.

You are allowed to stop,

To let the world be unfinished,

To rest in what is,

Not what could be.

Every breath is a quiet expression of gratitude,

Not for what you've done,

But for being here,

Alive,

Breathing.

Feel how miraculous it is to simply exist.

Heart beating steadily,

Breath flowing in and out,

The body softening.

Bring your attention now to the body,

Piece by piece.

Notice your feet,

Let them grow heavy,

Melting into the mattress.

Your legs softening,

Releasing the work of the day.

Your hips and stomach,

Loosened,

Safe to let go.

Your chest,

Rising and falling with no effort.

Your arms and hands,

Completely at ease.

Your face,

Unclenching,

Soft,

Peaceful.

And the crown of your head,

Light,

Open,

Free.

As the body rests,

Return to the quiet truth.

I am here,

I exist,

That is enough.

Let these words drift with the breath,

Let them echo like a lullaby inside you.

With every exhalation,

Gratitude deepens.

Gratitude for breath.

Gratitude for rest.

Gratitude for simply existing.

You don't need to hold on anymore.

The day can carry itself.

You are allowed to let go.

Sleep will come naturally.

No pressure,

No need to chase it.

Just rest and let gratitude cradle you into stillness.

And now,

As you drift deeper,

Allow these final words to dissolve into the quiet.

You are whole.

You are enough.

You are allowed to rest.

Sleep now.

Gratitude will still be here in the morning.
