9/12/19. Beautiful and Happy and Wonderful. Returning. today in midst of first writer's block, an illusion, after long professional career of novels, journalism etc. Felt the block crack open, next writing steps clear. Thee most effective for my intense subconscious Guilt/Shame! Also raised my awareness of a PAST LIFE GUILT (Akashic Karma/Trauma). In theory these traumas we have as children stack up and create multiple medical issues ie:) C-PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, Gut And Adrenal fatigue.
