Settle in.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Letting yourself know you are here right now.

You are alive.

Heart beating.

Breath flowing in.

Breath flowing out.

Allow yourself to experience this moment just as it is.

It might feel painful right now.

Can you allow yourself to feel this pain?

Without pushing it away or telling yourself it is wrong.

Can you begin to notice what pain really feels like?

Where do you feel it in your body?

What color is your pain?

What texture is your pain?

Is it in your heart?

Your chest?

Your belly?

Realizing the pain of a broken heart without fear of the pain.

Watch as the pain moves and transforms.

Putting your hand on your heart.

Feeling the rhythm of your heart.

Holding yourself in stillness.

Repeating to yourself silently.

I will be okay.

I am not alone.

I do not have to be afraid of this feeling.

Imagining yourself as if you are surrounded by a glowing light.

Full of safety and security.

Letting the words manifest in your body.

I will be okay.

I am not alone.

I do not have to be afraid of this feeling.

Knowing that even with a broken heart,

Your heart is still full.

You are still as lovable.

You are still as desirable.

You are still as incredible as you ever were.

Repeating to yourself,

My heart is full.

Thinking deeper,

Making friends with pain.

Knowing you do not need to be scared.

I will be okay.

Taking a few moments to rest in this experience.

Letting the words manifest in your body.

Taking a nice nourishing inhale and letting it all go with an exhale.

Fluttering your eyes open.

Awakening your body slowly.

Bringing your full heart with you as you carry on with the remainder of your day.
