Let go of your thoughts in form of bubbles with Andrea Tamaru.

Find a comfortable position in order to let your body relax,

Allowing with every breath you take to let your body be supported by the surface it is in contact with.

With every exhale you allow your shoulders to sink deeper,

You allow your chest to sink and relax,

Your stomach to expand and soften,

Your legs to surrender and relax.

While you breathe you are your exist,

Slowly you're gonna visualize a place you feel connected in nature with a stream of water being in that nature.

It could be a river,

It could be a cascade,

It could be any sort of flowing water within that nature space that you feel safe to be.

And you're gonna sit in front of the stream of water and while putting your eyes in the water that's flowing,

That's running in one certain direction.

You're also gonna watch your thoughts.

Whatever thought is in your mind you're gonna pull it out from your body and confine it into a little bubble and that bubble contains all the train of thoughts related to that topic that's occupying your mind.

Once the bubble is full and closed you're gonna drop the bubble into the water that's running so that the bubble disappears with the flow of the water.

You take another thought and confine it into another bubble and that bubble is filled with the entire train of thought of that topic that's in your mind and you drop it into the running water and you let it flow so the thought is taken away.

And we take another train of thought that occupies your mind and we confine it into another bubble.

And once the bubble is full with it we drop it again into the water and we continue with another thought.

We confine it into the bubble and once the entire bubble is done and filled with the thought we drop it again into the water and we let it flow to disappear.

And we continue doing this as many times with as many topics as you need.

Creating a bubble,

Filling it with a thought,

Dropping it into the water and letting it flow with the current.

And you take another thought in a bubble,

You fill it up with a thought and you drop it again into the water and you let it go until there are no more thoughts that occupy your mind,

Until you feel the calmness within your body and the only thing that's left is a stream of water in front of you flowing.

And you acknowledge the speed of the water and the calmness and the refreshing drops that spill over you from time to time.

Being grateful for the stream of water,

Being grateful for the nature place you are and grateful for having brought calmness into yourself.

Taking a deep breath in and guiding that breath towards the deepest corners of your body.

You take another breath in and you let your body move slowly with an exhale,

You let your body move slowly,

A lot of the movement it needs,

So by the next breath we take,

We come fully into the present and now,

Wherever you are,

And you open your eyes to feel yourself calm and replenished with new and fresh energy.
