Air is our constant companion from the moment that we are born, until the moment that we leave our bodies. You can use air as support to help you inhabit the present moment, and in this way, naturally, your mind begins to be silent. This practice leads us to improved attention, expansion of our understanding, we begin to awaken our ancient memory: one that is in our cells, our atoms, and is reflected in terms wellbeing.

In previous episodes,

We've spoken about the givers of life.

We have spoken about the water and the fire.

In this episode,

We are going to speak about the air,

Recognizing the presence of the air that has the universe in its movement in this state of life,

Recognizing the presence of the power that has the entire universe in movement in these givers of life.

And why are they the givers of life?

Because the water,

The earth,

The fire,

And the air join together,

And that union is what makes it possible for life to exist.

These powers integrate in a conscious manner to give life as we know it.

In this occasion,

We're going to speak about the air,

One of the fundamental givers of life,

The origin of our consciousness.

We perceive the world as we perceive it,

And we understand as we understand.

As to the air that enters and comes out constantly from us,

It is the origin of our consciousness next to the other givers of life.

If we stay without breath for five minutes,

Then we would be unconscious,

Without consciousness.

That means that the air gives us consciousness.

And if the air gives us consciousness,

It's because it has consciousness,

Because I cannot give what I don't have.

That is to recognize the power of the air,

And to be able to recognize it as the great blessing that it is for our life.

Our first experience when we come out of our mother's womb,

Our first breath,

That is the first encounter with the givers of life outside of our mother's womb.

And in this way,

The air enters and leaves from beginning to end on our path on this earth.

The air is also our word.

And so today,

We're going to speak about how to have a beautiful relationship and powerful with the air.

That relationship is born first out of the intention or the purpose.

When we go through life with a purpose,

With an intention,

Then our life begins to be directed or to have a direction in the favor of a higher purpose,

Which is well-being harmony,

Consciousness.

Our consciousness is asleep in a great percentage.

And our consciousness is asleep because there is so much information that distracts us.

And of what does it distract us from?

Well,

It distracts us from being awake.

And it is said that we are awakened when we learn to inhabit in the present.

And so we are going to speak about the air as a support to inhabit in the present.

We simply have to observe our breath beyond any technique,

Is to observe how the air enters and leaves in a natural manner from our body.

The air knows how to come in and out by itself or it itself knows.

It is flowing.

Even when we are asleep,

The air comes in and out fluidly.

When we begin to observe our breath,

Then our mind begins to be still.

And when our mind becomes still,

Then a miracle happens.

And it is that we begin to be a witness of the love that has the entire universe in movement.

And in this way telling you that the air is a tool,

A power that accompanies us always on our path on this earth.

It is a natural ally that does not discriminate against anyone or anything.

Is the presence itself of humility in this universe.

And we speak about humility because it is in our ego where our energy gets consumed.

When we observe our breath,

Naturally our mind begins to stay in silence.

And so our ego stays in silence.

Our ego is the one that consumes most of our energy in our being.

When we observe our breath,

Our ego becomes silent.

And that silent experience begins to give us a lot of energy.

And that energy is reflected in terms of well-being.

And in the manner in which we begin to practice observing our breath,

We begin to experience more attention.

We begin to experience the awakening of our understanding.

We begin to awaken our memory,

Our most ancient memory,

A memory that goes beyond having memories or information.

It's a memory that is in our cells,

In our atoms.

And that memory is reflected in terms of well-being.

Because the most ancient memory that is within us is the origin.

And the origin is love.

So to observe our breath naturally connects us with love,

With the love that is in our heart.

To observe our breath naturally connects us with our heart.

We don't have to have a very high knowledge.

We simply have to have an intention of simply observing our breath.

It's very fun.

Every time that we put it into practice,

It begins to incorporate within us.

And the more that we practice it with time,

Naturally we will observe ourselves watching our breath.

In this way,

We begin to become a spectator of ourselves.

All of our understanding gets cleared.

We will begin to see that any situation that we have to resolve,

We can resolve it with ease.

In the manner in which the level of our attention and concentration increases.

When we observe our breath,

There will come a time when we are able to observe our word all the time.

And in this way,

Our word will always be a conscious act.

We will be able to direct it within a purpose.

We will be able to take our word always from our heart.

And we will be able to see how our word,

Which comes from the heart,

Comes directly from the creator.

And that we are simply an instrument through which the word of the creator flows.

It's a word that brings pure love.

It is word that is medicine.

Without even wanting to be medicine.

Just like that simply in itself.

That is the gift that the spirit of the air gives us constantly.

So there is a meditation that is very simple.

And it is that each person chooses a part of their day to incorporate it as a habit of life.

To observe your breath.

Each person chooses what is most comfortable for them.

He for example observes his breath every single night before he goes to sleep.

This way he stays simply paying attention to his breath.

And that even helps him to enter consciously in his dreams.

When he pays a lot of attention to his breath,

He can experience a great awakening of consciousness.

He can experience how his attention becomes more acute.

So it's very beautiful for one to humbly to simply observe your breath for whatever issue that you have to resolve.

In that act of observing the breath and the mind stays still,

The universe has a language through which it speaks to us.

Wishing that you can establish a beautiful conscious relationship with the air that comes in and out of your bodies.

This is a beautiful manner for us to take our life in our own hands.

It's a simple and natural manner of stopping the interference that our mind does.

The interference that it makes with our heart,

With our destiny.

Wishing that you can be a beautiful instrument of the air.

And that the spirit of the air will bless you always.
