Envision that tension or that discomfort releasing,
Untangling,
Easing.
Relax your body and your mind and bring your attention back to your breathing.
Notice the moment when inhaling becomes exhaling.
When exhaling becomes inhaling.

Effortless moment.

As you exhale now,
Allow the last few hours of your day to flow out with your breath.
Release them.
Inhale.
As you exhale now,
Allow your experiences of the last few days to flow away with your breath.
Release them.
Inhale.
As you exhale now,
Allow the last few weeks of your life to flow away with your breath.
Release them.
The past has already taken place.
There is nothing you need to do now to alter it.
Release the past as you release your breath.
Thoughts come.
Notice them.
Note that they are but thoughts.
You do not need to dwell upon them.
You do not need to judge them.
Simply notice them and allow them to flow out with your breath.
Release them.
This is your time to be free from thoughts.
This is your moment to be at peace.
Now,
This present moment is for you to simply be.
To breathe.
To relax your body.
To relax your mind.
To rest.
There may have been things you did well today.
There may have been things you feel you did not do well today.
Release judgment of what has taken place.
That is the past.
The past does not exist in this present moment.
Thoughts of things you may need or want to do tomorrow may arise.
Notice them.
Allow them to flow away with your breath.
In this moment,
There is nothing you need to do about tomorrow.
Tomorrow has not yet come.
When it does,
You will be rested and ready to meet it mindfully.
Return your attention to your breath.

Perfect in spite of your perceived imperfections.
