In Yoga Nidra, she leads you into deep rest and expanded awareness — a meditative journey that teaches the body to heal and the mind to quiet naturally. And through guided meditation, you are invited to reconnect with your inner stillness — the space beyond your thinking brain, where clarity and intuition arise. Annie's sessions and recordings often blend these elements together. You might experience soft breathwork, visualization, grounding imagery, and subtle energetic cues woven throughout. The intention is always the same: to help you feel safe, calm, and deeply reconnected to yourself.
