Welcome to the Six Phase Meditation by Vishen Lakhiani and guided by Anuj Uma.
We'll begin this exercise with a simple 5 to 1 countdown to help us be fully present in the now.
As I count down from 5 to 1,
You will take a deep breath and feel yourself sinking gently into a relaxed state of mind.

You are now in a deep state of relaxation.
Let's begin.
The first phase of this guided meditation is compassion.
I want you to bring to mind the image of someone you truly love.
As you look at them,
Feel that sense of love in your heart.
And now,
Give it a color.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
See a light in the color that you chose,
Expanding to cover your entire body from head to toe.
You are now irradiating love,
Kindness and compassion.
Take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Feel this vibrant light filling out the room you're currently in.
And as this light expands into the room,
Notice this feeling of love emanating from you to all life in the room.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
See the light growing further,
Enveloping your building and every being in it.
Take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Feel this light of love becoming larger and larger,
Extending into your neighborhood.
And now,
Your city.
Take a deep breath and as you exhale,
See this light in the color that you chose,
Fill your country with love and care for each other.
Now,
Take another deep breath and as you exhale,
Bring this high frequency light into the entire planet Earth.
See planet Earth glowing,
United,
Covered in the light of harmony,
Kindness and compassion.
We now move to phase two,
Gratitude.
Bring to mind a recent moment that you're grateful for in your personal life.
Remember how it makes you feel.
I'll give you some time to reflect on this.
And now,
Think about a recent moment you're grateful for in your work life or career.
We now go on to you.
Bring to mind an aspect of your being.
It can be related to your body,
Your mind,
Your soul.
Perhaps it's something you said or did or a quality about you that you're proud of.
Express gratitude and appreciation for who you are.
And we now move to phase three,
Forgiveness.
Bring to mind someone or an incident that you feel you need to forgive.
And as you see that person or situation in front of you,
Remember the difficult times that you've been through.
And as you see that person or situation in front of you,
Remember the difficult emotions you experienced.
Feel them in your heart,
The hurt and the anger,
If there is any there.
Now stop focusing on the pain and draw your attention to the person who may have wronged you.
I want you to try to see it from their eyes,
As difficult as it may initially seem.
Think about what they could have experienced in their lives to behave this way.
The hurt that they may have experienced to hurt you.
And now,
As you see them in front of you,
Repeat the following line.
I forgive you and I ask that you forgive me.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Feel the anger,
The hurt and the resentment leaving your body.
You are setting yourself free.
And as you begin to feel lighter and lighter about that person or situation,
Bring to mind what you may have learned about this incident.
Is there any meaning in it that helped you become a better you?
Now see the incident fading away.
Now see the incident fading away.
It no longer charges you in any way and you are now ready to move on to phase 4.
Your vision for your future.
Think about an area of your life that you have an incredible vision for.
I will give you a few moments to daydream and visualize yourself in this area of life 3 years from now.
You may begin.
As you wrap up,
Feel the emotions associated with these dreams and goals and know that this vision is on its way.
We now come to phase 5.
Your perfect day.
Here you are going to see today unfold for you beautifully.
Think of each stage of your day and its positive feelings from the moment you complete this meditation to the moment you go to sleep.
I'll give you time to go through your day with perfect intention.
And we are done with phase 5.
We are now going to phase 6.
The blessing.
As you center yourself to the present moment,
Ask for a blessing to support you in your life journey.
A blessing to fill you with the power and energy needed to move forth and have an amazing day and life.
Take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Picture a golden light shining down upon your crown and slowly moving down all the way to your roots.
Filling each part of your being with love,
Support,
Hope,
Strength and courage to heal and thrive.
Today and always.
You're done with the blessing and you have now completed the 6 phase meditation.
I'm going to count from 1 to 5.
When I reach the count to 5,
You'll be wide awake,
Feeling wonderful,
In perfect health,
Feeling better than before.
