Letting Go reminds us to be in the present moment. The past has been, and the future is not yet here. Only by being in the present moment, may we attain a perfect understanding of reality and fully encompass this life on earth. Written and narrated by Ana Johnson, PhD. Music by Chris Collins

Letting go,

When you will not let go In the ripples of sorrow,

The secret waves Wide and narrow,

Not relinquishing A dazzling tomorrow,

You'll never know The source from which we borrow And only in the morrow,

The darkness of deep waters Eternity edged with pearling currents,

Great equanimity
