Aliveness gets us invigorated for getting out of bed, energetic through and through as we start our new day; as if we are starting it for the first time in our lives. We remember how precious each day is. Written and narrated by Ana Johnson, Ph.D. Music by Chris Collins (indie music box) Photo by Ashlee Brown, Unsplash

Transcript

Aliveness.

Imagine it is morning.

It is a sunny day.

You can tell how bright it is.

The instant you notice you are no longer sleeping.

Just before getting out of bed.

You welcome vitality into your breath.

You sense your aliveness.

Through your entire torso.

An elixir of life force.

You lift your left index finger.

Little cells excited.

Tingling up your spine and down.

Joy vivacious.

Ready for a new day.
