Heart connection. Your heart and your body long to communicate with you. Yet you become restless about your sensations, About your pain. Something is wrong. Look at me. You feel compelled to go to the medicine cabinet. Or you analyse. You assess. You appraise. Not if you were to observe these sensations. Not as an opponent. Instead as a friend. Not wishing for their disappearance. Not desisting. Not disputing them. No disagreement. No dissension. No detention. Simply watching what is. What is your encoded message?
