Welcome,
Dear one.
Welcome into this safe space,
A healing atmosphere.
Welcome back home to yourself.
This practice is designed to help you unravel from all the entanglements that you have created during your day and instead we will be plugging back into our own hearts,
Our own energies,
Ourselves.
Our attention can be grasped in so many different directions as we move through our day and we can sometimes forget to refill our own cup.
Just like your phone,
When the battery is low you plug it in,
As should we plug ourselves back in Whenever we feel our battery is low,
So welcome to your pit stop,
To your space of recharging.
Feel yourself already unwinding,
Already softening.
You can find a comfortable position if you haven't done so already and gently close your eyes.
I invite you to become aware of the surface below you,
The surface that is holding you,
That is carrying you,
The solid groundedness of the earth below you.
Take a deep breath in and gently let it float out.
Inhale comfortably and as you exhale,
Allow any stress,
Any fear,
Any heaviness to be sent deep into the earth below you.
Take a few comfortable breaths in your own pace.
Imagine that there is a door in your mind and a door at the sole of your feet.
Your mind is emptying out all the thoughts,
The beliefs that are not serving you.
It's emptying it out into the earth below you and your body through the sole of your feet is also releasing and discharging any energy that you wish to release now.
Rest here in this emptying out,
This discharging,
Letting go of what you no longer wish to carry with you from now on.
Now notice in your body or your mind which part is asking for your attention.
Where do you feel a bit activated,
Maybe some pain or any sort of physical sensation?
Bring your awareness to this place with a welcoming and accepting attitude.
As you become aware of your body and the different sensations,
Shift your awareness now into your heart,
Connecting to your heart space and start to breathe in loving kindness energy.
As you breathe into your heart,
Feel your heart start to stir up and open and as you exhale allow yourself to send some of that loving kindness to yourself,
To all parts of yourself.
It is not about letting go,
It is about bringing in what is missing.
What is missing for you?
Perhaps this dose of love is giving you the proper nourishment you need.
Keep breathing it,
Keep receiving what was missing.
Now you can take the time to ask your body,
Body is there anything else?
Is there anything else you want me to bring my awareness to?
My loving kindness attention?
Is there anywhere else that wants to be held in my compassionate presence?
Allow your body to whisper to you.
The body speaks in sensations.
What do you notice?
Take your time to rest here in your own soft presence.
There is nothing to be accomplished right now.
There is only your awareness and where that leads you.
Take a comfortable breath in and gently let it out.
Take another comfortable breath in and exhale and you can gently start to wiggle your toes,
Your fingers.
Notice the contact points of your body and the surface below you.
Notice how just a few minutes of being can benefit you,
Can recharge you on the deepest level.
If it feels comfortable right now you can give yourself a hug,
You can embrace yourself and send some more loving kindness,
Extend your gratitude towards yourself for showing up here today.

You are whole,
Complete and perfect just as you are.
Remember your power.
Whenever you feel ready you can gently open your eyes and orient yourself back in the space where you are currently.
Allow your gaze to float in the room or possibly land on one object and take in all the different colors,
Textures,
Shape or size.
Possibly hearing any noises,
Any sounds in the room or in your environment.
Fully landing back into the space that you are in.
Be gentle with yourself as you go about your night or your day.
Remember you can always be there for yourself.
You are your own home.
