Welcome to this EFT tapping session for life transitions.
As humans we always go through three phases in life.
We have the ending,
Losing,
Letting go phase where we go through a certain loss,
Grievance of a person,
A place,
An older version of ourselves.
And then we shift into the neutral zone.
Which is where we start to question ourselves,
Who am I?
What do I want in life?
Where am I going?
What is important to me?
Which values do I want to establish in myself?
And finally we end up in the new beginning.
This is where we start to feel more energized,
Happy,
Free,
Embodied as the most beautiful and fullest expression of ourselves.
It is very difficult to see the light when you are in the first phase of the ending,
Losing,
Letting go or even when you are in the neutral zone.
It is normal to have moments or even phases of depression,
Of low energy.
And this EFT tapping session,
I have created it when I was in that deep hit.
And I want to share it with those who truly need it as well.
We will move from the ending phase all the way into the new beginning in this powerful session.
We will move through the different phases.
We will first start with acknowledging and expressing our pain and then we will shift into the what if questions.
And we will gently open the door towards that new beginning.
And finally we will end with some positive affirmations and statements.
This will help you shift your mindset.
Because we have a negativity bias,
Our brain is wired to focus on what's not going well.
And EFT tapping helps with rewiring our brain as well as allowing the energy of the stuckness of the heavy emotions to move through your body.
So let's begin.
Start to tap on the karate chop which is the side of your hand,
The side of your palm.
You can repeat after me or simply listen and tap along.
Even though I'm feeling so lost and confused right now,
I can still love myself as I move through this.
Start to tap on the top of your head.
It is okay to feel sad and lost and life right now.
Tap in between your eyebrows.
It is okay to be in that in-between space.
Tap on the sides of your eyes,
One side or both.
I am in the blank space,
The empty space,
The void.
Tap below your eyes and it is normal to feel sad.
Below your nose to feel depressed on your chin or to feel anxious right now.
Below your collarbones,
I am allowing myself to feel it instead of resist it.
Tap below your armpits,
I am not alone in this.
Take a deep breath in and release.
We've just finished our first round and will now continue.
Tap on the top of your head.
I may not know who I am or what I want in life anymore.
Tap between your eyebrows,
It is okay to feel disorientated.
Sides of your eyes,
It is okay to feel confused.
Below your eyes,
What if I can be patient with myself as I figure things out.
Below your nose,
What if it is a good thing to be in the void,
On your chin because that is where endless possibilities,
On your collarbones and miracles can grow.
Below your armpits,
It is okay to grieve the loss of my old life and it's even more important to realize a new one is waiting.
Take a deep breath in and release.
We'll now continue with the what if statements to really shift into that new beginning.
Tap on the top of your head,
What if I can not just get through this.
Between your eyebrows,
But grow through this.
Sides of your eyes,
What if I have outgrown my previous life,
My previous goals.
Below your eyes,
What if I have completely outgrown my previous timeline.
Below your nose and now there is nothing,
There is room.
On your chin,
There is space for the new to emerge.
On your collarbone,
For the new to blossom.
Below your armpits,
What if this is truly a blessing in disguise.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Tap on the top of your head,
What if the best moments of my life haven't happened yet.
Between your eyebrows,
What if the most beautiful experiences of my life are still waiting for me.
Sides of your eyes,
What if I can realize that this situation is not lasting forever.
Below your eyes,
This too shall pass.
Below your nose,
It's ok to be in a transition.
On your chin,
It's ok to have growing pains.
On your collarbones,
It's ok to grieve the old you and the old life and all parts of you.
Below your armpits,
It's ok to grieve it but just remember that a new beginning is waiting for me.
Take a deep breath in and release.
We'll do one final round,
A boost of self love and positivity.
Tap on the top of your head,
I love you.
Between your eyebrows,
All is well.
On the sides of your eyes,
Out of this situation.
Below your eyes,
Only good will come.
Below your nose,
Everything is working out.
On your chin,
For my highest good.
Below your collarbones,
I am safe.
Below your armpits,
All is well.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Perhaps you want to give yourself a big hug.
Notice any difference in how you feel when you started this practice versus how you feel now.
This is the power of moving through what you are going through.
This is the power that you have within yourself.
