Feel your body and mind gently waking up through your sense of hearing.
Expand your awareness now into your body,

Becoming aware of your own presence in your body as well as your breath and the gentle movements it makes.
Notice where you can feel your breath the most in your body.
Maybe it's the cold air inside your lungs,
Throat or nostrils or maybe it's your belly falling as you effortlessly exhale.

Now ask yourself what am I grateful for today and allow any people,
Things,
Places to come to you and unfold before your eyes on a screen of gratitude.

How can I nourish myself today so that I can show up as my best self?

Allow any circumstances,
Changes in your behavior,
Boundaries or maybe self-care practices to come into your mind's eye.
Your brain likes safety and likes to repeat what it knows but doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result is what Einstein called insanity.
As humans we are constantly evolving and growing so allow yourself to embrace this newness of a new day filled with new opportunities,
A new way of living.
In order to step into the new sometimes it's best to let go of what is in our way,
What is blocking us.
So let's do a mantra meditation.
Our mantra will be let go.
With every inhale silently repeat to yourself let and with every exhale silently repeat to yourself go.
