Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this EFT tapping meditation for establishing a secure attachment style and developing a solid foundation of self-love and self-worthiness.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and we will be tapping onto different meridian points in our body.

We all have meridian lines also known as rivers of energy that are flowing through our bodies.

Through tapping onto these different meridian points we activate the flow of energy where it once might have been stuck.

So get yourself in a comfortable position and we will begin.

We will start with an opening statement and you can take your dominant hand and start tapping on the side of your non-dominant hand,

This is called the karate chop.

You can hear me slightly tapping in the background,

I am tapping with you today and let's use our opening statement,

Even though I sometimes slip into unhealthy attachment styles,

I deeply and unconditionally love and accept myself.

Start to tap on the top of your head.

I am really done with being either anxious or avoidant and constantly feeling a push or pull from myself or somebody else.

Start tapping between your eyebrows right on your third eye.

I am open and ready to establish a secure attachment style with myself and with others.

Start to tap on the side of your eye and this can be on both sides or one side.

I am ready to visualize a future where my needs are met and I am not looking for fulfillment with somebody else.

Start to tap on your cheeks below your eyes.

I am ready to give myself what I need instead of relying on other people and giving them this heavy responsibility.

Start to tap below your nose.

I am looking to be interdependent,

Not codependent,

Not independent.

Tap on your chin below your mouth.

Interdependence calls for me.

A healthy partnership,

Healthy friendships are calling for me.

Start to tap right below your collarbones.

I am opening my heart to safe and healthy love.

Start to tap below your armpit.

Again this can be on one side or both sides.

I am preparing my nervous system for co-regulation and healthy connection with somebody else.

Now let's take a deep breath and release that.

We will do a few more rounds together and now we will get more specific.

So start to tap on the top of your head.

I am inviting a partnership in my life where we are both equally supported,

Loved and cared for.

Start to tap between your eyebrows.

I am calling in a partnership where we can both regulate ourselves and step into and co-create a positive legacy together.

Start to tap on the sides of your eyes.

I am calling in a safe,

A solid and sincere connection with somebody else.

Tap below your eyes.

I know that in life it is important to meet your own needs but I also know that we are wired for connection.

Start to tap below your nose.

And that is the realization of a healthy and secure attachment style.

Tap below your mouth on your chin.

And it is also important to realize that we should never fill a gap,

Fill our loneliness or our desire.

Tap below your collarbones with unhealthy connections or unsafe relationships.

And that is what I am stepping away from,

From this moment now.

Tap below your armpits.

I have grown.

I have learned my lessons through anxious or avoidant attachment.

But I now see more clearly what my patterns are and I choose to release them.

Let's take a deep breath in here and release.

Let's tap on the top of our heads again.

I am letting go of feeling fear of losing a certain person.

Start tapping between your eyebrows right on your third eye.

I am letting go of the fear of getting closer to somebody.

Tap on the sides of your eyes.

I am willing and ready to build something meaningful with another person.

Tap below your eyes.

I have created such a beautiful life for myself and I want to expand that joy,

That love and that happiness and invite more people to it.

Tap below your nose.

And this partnership or friendship or romantic relationship,

I know it will not give me all the answers,

Fulfill my life or save me.

Tap below your mouth.

And I know that realization because I have lived it,

I have lived this lesson and I integrate it.

Tap below your collarbone.

And that is also not the expectation that I have of somebody else.

I continue to take care and show up for myself while fulfilling my desire and my need,

My human need for connection.

Tap below your armpits.

I am letting my nervous system choose the right relationships for me.

Let's take a deep breath in here.

And take a minute to feel into your body,

Do you notice any difference from when you started?

And if you want you can continue tapping on one point or you can do the whole routine.

It's also ok to listen to this again but maybe change some words to make it more personal to you.

I invite you to drink a lot of water after this.

You have learned your lessons and now you are integrating them.

You are ready to take things to a new and higher level and I am here cheering you on.
