I'm so glad you're here.
This guided meditation is here to help you open,
Ground and reset.
All you need is a comfortable seat and a willingness to receive.
To begin,
Allow your eyes to gently close or soften your gaze toward the floor if that feels comfortable.
Let your body grow heavier.
Feel the weight of your shoulders releasing,
Your jaw unclenching,
Your hands softening in your lap or by your sides.
Now,
Take a breath in through your nose and slowly sigh it out through your mouth.
Again,
Inhale,
Last time,
Deep belly breath in and sigh it out through your mouth.
Now bring awareness to the soles of your feet.
Feel where your body makes contact with the floor beneath you.
Imagine roots beginning to grow downward from the base of your spine,
Reaching through the floor,
Through the layers of soil and stone,
All the way into the warm,
Stable core of the earth.
With every exhale,
You sink a little deeper into that groundedness.
Here you are held and fully supported.
There is no need to hold yourself up.
Notice any thoughts,
Feelings,
Questions or heaviness that comes up.
Whatever it is,
There's no need to do,
Fix or figure it out in this moment.
Simply observe without judgment.
Now gently bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
Your root center.
This is your home,
Your sense of safety,
Of belonging,
Of being alive in this body on this earth.
Imagine a warm red light here,
Steady and sure.
Slowly travel your awareness upward to your lower belly,
Your sacral center,
The seat of your creativity,
Your emotions,
Your flow.
Let an amber-orange warmth gather here.
Now move up to your solar plexus,
Just above your navel.
This is your power center,
Your sense of self,
Your will,
Your confidence.
A golden light,
Like sunlight,
Radiates here.
Bring your attention now to your heart.
This is the bridge between earth and sky,
Between giving and receiving.
A soft green light expands outward from your chest.
If it feels comfortable,
Place a hand over your heart.
Feel your own heartbeat.
This heart,
Your heart,
Has carried so much.
Let it soften just for now.
Bring your awareness up to your throat,
Your voice,
Your truth,
Your expression.
A cool,
Clear blue light hums here.
You are allowed to speak your truth.
You are allowed to take up space.
Move to your third eye now,
The space between and just above your brows.
This is your inner knowing,
Your intuition,
The part of you that sees beyond what the eyes can see.
An indigo light glows here,
Quiet and deep.
And finally,
The crown of your head,
Where your energy meets something greater.
Call it source,
Spirit,
God,
Or simply the vast and loving intelligence of life.
A soft violet and white light opens here like a flower.
You are now fully present,
From root to crown,
Open and ready to receive.
Now I invite you to imagine a warm,
Healing light beginning to pour into the crown of your head.
This is Reiki energy,
Universal life force flowing in.
Not from me,
But through me,
To you across time and space.
It has no agenda,
It knows exactly where it needs to go.
Allow it to move where it's needed most.
Perhaps you feel warmth,
Or tingling,
Or a gentle heaviness.
Or perhaps you feel nothing at all,
And that's perfectly ok.
Simply breathe and receive.
As the energy moves through you,
Imagine it illuminating any places that feel tired,
Tight,
Or tender.
Not to fix,
But to be with,
To witness,
To hold.
Take a moment here to simply be.
As you rest in this space,
Know that this healing belongs to you,
That you are worthy of rest and care.
You are worthy of being filled back up.
Now slowly begin to return to full awareness of your body.
Feel your fingers and toes,
Wiggle them gently,
And take a slow deep breath in,
And a long exhale out.
Before you open your eyes,
I invite you to notice one thing,
One small thing that feels different than when you started.
Maybe there's a little more space in your chest,
A slight softening somewhere,
Or a sense of quiet.
Whatever you notice,
Honor it.
Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest,
And silently or aloud,
Offer yourself a word.
One word for how you'd like to carry yourself forward from this moment.
Maybe it's peace,
Open,
Grounded,
Or enough.
Let that word be yours.
When you're ready,
Take one final breath in,
And release.
Gently blink your eyes open,
Bringing some softness to your gaze as the room comes into focus.
