Source of love.
Find a comfortable seat where you can sit up nice and tall or completely recline and lie down.
Whatever feels right and true for you,
Find that position now.
Close your eyes and go within.
Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Another nice deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Feel your whole body relax.
Allow your awareness to drop into your heart space.
And then from up above,
Notice,
Sense,
Feel or imagine that there are three beautiful golden buckets above your head.
Each golden bucket represents a layer of love.
The first bucket is gonna start to pour into your body and being.
This bucket brings you great peace.
So as it pours into your body and being,
It gives you the sense of calmness,
The sense of serenity,
The ability to relax.
And you just feel this source energy rolling through your crown chakra down through the third eye.
And anything that's not serving you,
Anything that's stuck,
Stagnant,
Blocked,
This beautiful energy of relaxation and peace just starts to push it out,
Clear it out and transform it.
This beautiful energy rolls down your throat through your heart space,
Opening your heart to expand even more.
This energy rolls down your solar plex,
Your sacral,
Through your hips and cleans out any emotions in the hips that's preventing you from just relaxing,
From enjoying.
This source energy rolls down the legs and through the feet.
And your energetic roots and this source energy rolls all the way down through all the layers of the earth.
Down,
Down,
Down,
Down,
Until your energetic roots reach a beautiful sphere of crystalline energy which is Gaia,
Sophia,
Mother Earth,
The goddess of the earth's heart chakra.
And she invites you to plug your roots in,
To connect with her to feel even more supportive along this journey.
You can feel the pulse of her love,
The beat of her heart as you plug your roots into her being,
Into her heart.
Feel that now.
And I want you to notice,
Sense or feel that second bucket of love.
This second bucket of love is rejuvenation.
Because when you're rejuvenated,
When you're feeling good,
You have the capacity to bring in more love,
To hold more light and to shine your light and love in a totally new way,
In the most expansive way.
So this beautiful bucket of rejuvenation will start to pour into your body and being.
This bucket will pour into your crown chakra,
Revitalizing,
Rejuvenating,
Boosting these energy points.
The source energy rolls down the third eye,
Opening it up,
Blinking it wide open for you to see,
For you to experience,
Source the great I am energy in a totally new way.
This source energy rolls down your throat,
Into your heart,
Opening the space more and more and more.
This rejuvenating source energy rolls down your solar plex,
Giving you a new zest for life,
Stoking your flame,
Igniting your willpower and determination to a totally new level,
To new heights,
But also giving you the ability to contain it,
Where you're still able to relax and enjoy and find peace.
This source energy rolls down the solar plex,
Through the sacral,
Allowing you to be in flow,
Ease,
Grace.
This source energy rolls into the root chakra,
Giving you the ability to feel safe,
Secure,
Powerful.
This energy rolls down the hips,
Through the knees and through the feet,
Down those energetic roots that you connected to,
All the way to Gaya's heart chakra,
Allowing you to feel the pulse of her love and support,
In a totally amplified way.
You can feel her love radiating through your body and being.
You're just breathing it in,
Breathing it out.
Then you see the last bucket that's above your head,
The bucket of love,
This trinity of love.
This last bucket is going to start to pour into your body and being.
This bucket represents the vibration of bliss,
Grace and devotion,
Because all three of these beautiful things represent love in a totally beautiful,
Harmonic way.
You can feel this bucket,
This trinity of love bucket,
Start to pour into your crown chakra.
You can feel the grace,
The bliss,
Rolling through your body and being.
You can feel it vibrating on a cellular level down the front and the back of the body,
Down the sides of the body.
You can feel it in the heart space,
You can feel it in the back of the heart.
This trinity of love is allowing your energy field to bump out,
To bump out,
To bump out.
As this trinity of love expands the field,
You can feel the rays of light just beaming through your body and being.
As your capacity of love expands and opens,
This trinity of love rolls down into the sacral,
Opening up the sexual energy point to create without worry,
To love without sacrifice,
Without sacrificing yourself.
What I mean by that is,
You can bring in love,
You can have the capacity of love,
And you can do it in the most graceful way by putting your love first,
By putting your self first.
Because when you put yourself first and when you give yourself love first,
You can give your family,
Your tribe,
What they need,
What they recover,
What they require because you're in a place to give at your fullest capacity because your cup is completely full.
So feel that trinity of love vibrating through your body and being down through the root chakra,
Down your legs and through the roots.
And when you feel that trinity of love connect with God's heart chakra,
She sends a surge of love,
Compassion,
Beauty through your body and being and you can feel the sacred feminine energy and the sacred masculine energy dancing in you.
Feel it dance,
Move with grace and ease with purpose and power.
Feel it radiate,
Expand and open you up to new levels of awareness.
And I invite you to dance and breathe with this energy for as long as you would like.
