This is an energetic bubble protection healing by Amy Robeson.
Close your eyes,
Sit up nice and tall,
And drop down into your heart space.
Imagine,
Sense,
Or feel that you have a beautiful golden sphere above your head.
This golden sphere is going to start to spin,
And as it spins,
It will start to shower you with love and light.
This golden light will start to clear out your auric field,
Your crown chakra,
Your third eye.
You can feel everything just melting away from the throat,
From the heart,
From the solar plexus,
From the sacral,
From the root.
You can feel everything that's no longer serving you just kind of melting away into the earth to be transformed into love and light.
And all you have to do to accept this healing,
To accept this clearing,
Is to just take a breath.
And you inhale,
And you exhale.
You inhale,
And you exhale.
And on this next inhale,
You're just going to sense,
Feel,
Imagine here that when you inhale,
Your energetic aura,
Your bubble around you appears.
And as you exhale,
You're able to notice it,
You're able to sense it,
You're able to feel it.
And this energetic bubble,
This aura around you is iridescent in nature.
And as you see it,
As you sense it,
As you feel it,
I want to invite you to notice top to bottom,
Left to right,
Side to side.
If there is any puncture wounds,
Pinholes,
Cracks,
Tears,
Anything in this energetic bubble,
This aura,
This protection field that is not solid,
It is not whole.
And without any judgment,
Just notice it.
Notice the tiniest little cracks,
The tiniest pinholes.
And when you notice every crack,
Every pinhole,
You're just going to first just take a breath,
And when you take a breath,
You're just going to say,
I am clear,
I am clear.
And you'll inhale,
I am clear,
I am clear.
And you'll exhale,
I am clear,
I am clear.
And that clears out any residue,
Any junk,
Any energy that doesn't belong to you out of the auric field.
And it is transformed into love and light.
And then on the next inhale,
You're going to imagine that you're inhaling love and light.
And on an exhale,
You're going to blow a bubble,
And that bubble is going to start to fill up the cracks,
The holes,
The tears,
The pinholes,
Anything that's not allowing the auric field to be whole and complete.
You're just going to blow bubbles,
As many bubbles as you need to,
To start to seal,
To start to mend,
To start to bring the auric shield back together again,
To be whole and complete.
And as you blow these bubbles,
You'll notice your energetic auric field just becomes a really beautiful,
Different color,
Iridescent rainbow.
Because as it becomes whole and as it becomes clear,
You become more whole and clear.
And then as you complete the shield,
This auric shield,
This auric energetic boundary of protection of love and light,
I invite you to blow one more big,
Gigantic bubble,
And this bubble will go outside of your auric field and add an extra layer of protection.
And it is beautiful,
And it is full of iridescent light,
And it is full of compassion,
And it is full of boundaries,
Healthy boundaries.
And then I invite you to just set an intention of how this energetic boundary is going to serve you for the day and what it brings you.
And when you are ready,
You will just set one more intention that you are whole and complete.
