Welcome to this meditation to activate your soul.

You can come into a comfortable seat.

And if you'd like to close your eyes,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

And inviting in a nice full breath in through the nose.

And just gently,

Slowly exhale the breath.

Bring yourself arriving fully here for this practice today.

And do that just a couple more times,

Breathing in deeply,

Filling up your lungs.

And as you breathe out,

Maybe even sighing out through an open mouth,

Letting go of any stress that you came to this practice today with.

And just taking one more of these mindful breaths,

Breathing in,

Feel that breath flowing into your body.

And as you breathe out this time,

Just see if you can let yourself soften,

Just let yourself begin to relax into this moment.

And then just noticing your attention and where your attention is right now.

So you may feel as though your focus,

Your attention is really up in the head.

Maybe there's an achy place in your body and that seems to be where your attention is flowing to.

Just paying attention to where your attention is right now.

And if it's not already,

Begin to direct your attention,

Your focus to your physical body.

Coming out of thinking mode,

Coming out of your head,

Coming into your body,

Coming into your healing mode.

And as you begin to shift your attention to your body,

Just noticing how your body responds,

How your body is doing today,

Maybe saying hello to your body or even apologizing to your body if you've been absent for a while.

Befriending your body.

And as your consciousness begins to sink more fully into your body and spread out,

See if you can relax a little bit more.

And physically relaxing the muscles.

Maybe letting the body become a little bit heavier.

Inviting your body to take up a little bit more space.

And then deepening the breath and slowing it down.

So just consciously inhaling for as long as you can without strain.

Consciously exhaling for as long as you can without strain.

And see if you can really sense how your entire body is being breathed right now.

And inside of yourself,

Begin to seek out your center,

Your physical center.

There is no right or wrong.

It's simply where you feel drawn when you think of your physical center.

And when you arrive at your own center,

As your attention pools in that area,

Just noticing how this part of you feels today.

And again,

Maybe it's been a while since you've dropped into your own center.

And so feel free to say hello to your center.

Feel free to say any words of affirmation as you land here.

And being open to what this part of you may be feeling or expressing in this moment.

Your body is the container of all that you're experiencing,

All that you're feeling in your center.

So even though your awareness is deeply focused inside of you right now,

Stay aware of the outer shell of your body.

Feeling how your body is providing a beautiful container for this deep center of you.

Feel and then from your center,

Let yourself travel down and touch down upon the earth with your awareness,

With your presence.

Just reminding your body,

Reminding your center that you are here on planet earth.

The earth is beneath you.

It is supporting you.

And the earth is stabilizing you.

It provides a stabilizing support to us.

Notice your breath.

And without losing connection to your center and your body and the earth beneath you,

Take a moment to lift your consciousness,

Lift your awareness up into the cosmos.

Aligning with,

Connecting with the great spirit.

Spirit is like the earth here to support us.

So just sense into that without again,

Losing connection to the rest of your body,

Your center and the earth.

Beautiful.

And now come back home to your heart.

And you may even want to take one hand or both hands and just rest your hands over your heart center.

And begin to feel how the breath is moving through the space.

The heart can act as a gateway to our soul.

So as you feel into your heart space,

Imagine a beautiful flower blossoming right here inside your chest.

Notice the color of this flower,

The texture,

The size.

This flower symbolizes your soul essence.

Notice the energy,

The vibration of this flower.

And let yourself receive this energy.

Let yourself receive this vibration of your soul.

As this flower blossoms open inside of your heart,

Your soul's energy,

This blossoming open into your entire being.

This authentic energy of you opening,

Circulating to every cell in your body,

Spreading out into your energetic field around your body.

This energy of your soul is like medicine,

Helping to transmute any vibration that you've been holding onto that does not reflect your truth.

Notice your breath flowing in and out.

Notice your entire being breathing.

And if your hands are resting over your chest,

Or maybe they're resting in your lap,

Gather the palms to press into a prayer position right in front of your sternum.

Letting this gesture symbolize you fully aligning your physical self with your soulful,

Energetic self.

Aligning your human self with your soulful self.

And we're going to let this energy move and spread as you breathe in,

Begin to reach your hands and your arms up in space above your head,

Stretching long.

And as you breathe out,

Let your palms open and let your arms circle out,

Away from the body and then all the way down,

Maybe touching your fingertips to the floor.

And then from here,

Turn the palms up and breathe in,

Let your arms circle back out and up,

Reaching overhead.

And as you exhale,

Draw the palms to touch and bring them back down to the front of your chest.

We're going to do that twice more,

Breathing in,

Letting your fingertips reach up above the crown of your head.

Exhale,

Open the arms out to the side,

Bringing the fingertips down to the floor alongside your body and then breathe in,

Sweep the arms back up.

Palms touch and hands come down to rest right in front of your heart.

And do that one more time with your own breath.

And again,

As you exhale,

You'll bring your hands down through center,

Palms pressing at the front of your chest.

Feel yourself immersed in your soul's energy,

Surrounded by your soul's energy,

Reclaimed by your soul.

Feel the breath again flowing in and out.

And from this place of union with your soul,

From this place of soul activation,

Ask yourself,

Who am I?

Why am I here?

What do I need to remember?

What am I here to do?

How am I meant to express?

Who am I to be?

And then just come back to the breath.

Whenever you ask a question,

You elicit the answer.

The answer may come immediately or at a later time.

So remain in this energetic alignment with your soul.

Being open to receiving messages and downloads from your soul.

And continue to welcome in this part of you into your human,

Physical self.

This part of you,

Your soulful part of you wants to be here.

We're going to seal all of this in by taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

May you have the courage to welcome the light of your soul into all of your life.
