Hello and welcome to this guided practice to renew your body,
Mind,
Heart,
And spirit.
You can sit or lie down comfortably and I invite you to cover up with a blanket or grab some pillows,
Anything to make yourself a bit more comfortable for today's practice.
And if you'd like to close your eyes,
You can close your eyes.
Tuning into you.
Tuning into your breath.
Tuning into your body.
And begin to slow your breath down and really sense how the breath is moving through the space of your body.
And as you begin to arrive more fully here in the present moment,
Just noticing how you're doing today.
What's your energy like today?
And let your body relax a little.
Maybe the jaw releases or the shoulders drop.
As you breathe out,
Maybe you can just let your legs become a little bit heavier.
Even sensing the skin of your body softening as if the pores begin to open a little bit more.
And maybe you can even feel the breath coming in through the pores on your skin.
Feeling the whole body inhaling and the whole body exhaling.
We'll be renewing ourselves today by generating a healing,
Rejuvenating environment in the subtle dimension.
The energetic realm.
And so I'd like you to bring your awareness to your heart,
Which will serve as our doorway into this subtle dimension.
Just take a breath into your heart space.
As you exhale,
Relax your heart.
Staying focused upon your heart as I count backward from five to one.
And when we arrive at one,
Your awareness will shift into this subtle dimension of energy where we will begin to create this rejuvenating landscape that will fill us up and help us reset body,
Mind,
Heart,
And spirit.
So staying focused upon your heart or even resting a hand over your heart if that helps.
For five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
See yourself sitting upon the earth and begin to notice the environment that you've landed within.
Imagining this is the very first time you've ever arrived here.
And begin to look around with wonder and awe.
Notice the ground beneath you,
The texture,
The temperature.
Notice if the ground is covered in dirt or grass or sand or water.
Where are you?
And then beginning to take in a bit more of the landscape that surrounds you.
And if you wish,
You can stay sitting as you do this or you can rise up to stand,
You can lie down onto your back and you could also move about,
You could walk around exploring.
And just as you looked down upon the earth,
Sensing what was beneath you,
Look up into the sky.
Noticing the color of the sky,
If there's any clouds.
Is it daytime or nighttime?
Is the sun out or the moon out?
Notice the temperature of the air upon your skin.
And then looking out in front of you and to the sides of you and even turning around,
Looking behind you.
Being in this wondrous place that you traveled to and as you explore this beautiful world with wonder and awe,
Let yourself be drawn in to one thing in your environment.
Something that is so beautiful you can't resist.
And maybe you draw this object into your awareness just through your eyes or maybe you move closer to it.
And even touch it.
Notice its energy.
Drink in its presence.
Notice how it touches you.
Notice the medicine that you're receiving from it,
The nurturing that you're receiving from it.
Noticing the love that you're receiving from it.
And you might choose to stay with this object or something else might attract your attention.
Let yourself receive everything surrounding you as a gift.
Breathe it in.
Receiving new energy,
Inspiration,
Receiving healing,
Vibrancy.
Let yourself be fed by this magical realm of energy.
For the last few moments that we remain here in this beautiful healing environment,
Notice what you want to do.
How you want to be.
Do you want to lie down?
Do you want to sit?
Do you want to stand?
Do you want to dance?
Do you want to explore a bit more?
Is there anything else calling your attention to it?
Is there anything else for you to receive from this sacred landscape?
And wherever you are,
Whatever you're doing,
Take a breath in.
Breathe out.
And then again,
Bringing your attention to your heart and maybe even resting a hand over your heart.
Meaning thank you to this beautiful environment that fed you,
That renewed you.
And as I count back from five to one,
We'll journey from the subtle dimension of energy back to the physical dimension.
Breathe into your heart for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Feel your body right here,
Right now.
Notice your breath moving through your body.
Feel your body resting upon whatever is beneath you.
Take a deep breath in and complete breath out.
Notice how you feel.
Notice how your energy is.
Give a little wiggle to your fingers and a little wiggle to your toes.
And when you're ready,
Let your eyes slowly blink open and close,
Open and close.
Until you're ready to completely open your eyes,
Taking in your space.
And then just gathering the palms to press at the front of your chest to seal in this practice today and this renewed sense of body,
Mind,
Heart,
And spirit that you've cultivated.
Take one last deep breath in through your nose.
And sigh out through an open mouth.
