Release Your Fear of Shining Bright (For Entrepreneurs)

In this practice, you will: Make a connection with your breath, body, and the present moment — Align with potential experiences where shining bright as your true self may be difficult for you but also excite you — Be guided in five powerful clearing statements to release the negative energy that holds you back — Activate positive energy to ensure you are filled up with your truth!

Welcome to this meditation to help you release your fear of shining bright. This practice is going to help you release and let go of some of the key blockages that many soulful entrepreneurs struggle with that keep them from shining bright while doing what they love. If you feel fearful or insecure about putting yourself out there, If when you do you don't seem to get any kind of response, Or if you just feel like you're kind of invisible and really want to be seen and acknowledged for the gifts you have to share so that you can have greater impact in the world, Today's practice is for you. So you can come into a comfortable seat and we're gonna take these first few moments to just settle in, Make a connection with your breath, And arrive in the sacred moment of now. And as you tune into your breath, Deepen your breath, Let your breath slow down, Let your inhales and exhales stretch out and take up more space. And as you breathe out here, Just feeling the outer shell of your body, Relaxing by breath, Coming into this moment. Present moment is the gateway to your soul, The gateway to connecting with all of the wisdom that you hold within you, And the most true frequency that reflects your uniqueness, Your gifts, Your talents, Your skills, Who you really are. So as you begin to soften into this space, Just notice how you're feeling today. Check in physically, What kind of sensations are here with you now, And check in with yourself emotionally, What kind of emotional state have you shown up to this meditation in. And then notice how you are in the mind today. Are you mentally focused? Is your mind busy? Or is your mind quiet and calm? Now I'd like you to bring your attention to your soul, To the most genuine, Most authentic part of you. And when you shift your focus in this way, What changes? How do you feel? And from this place of soul, I want you to begin to conjure up in your mind's eye a situation that holds the potential for you to be seen. Maybe it's an onstage speaking opportunity. Maybe it's on social media, Just putting yourself out there. Maybe it's teaching a class, Being at an event where you're networking and meeting new people. Just come up with some situation that invites you to be vulnerable, That invites you to be seen. A situation where you would want to shine bright as your true self, As you make connections with other people. And what we're doing here is turning on the aspect of our energetic blueprint that comes alive in these types of situations so that it's active for this meditation. And this makes it easier to clear the energies or maybe the unconscious programming that negatively impacts our expression in the world. So we just called forth that energy. And now I'm going to guide you through five powerful clearing statements to release some of the fear and some of the key blockages that may be keeping you from shining brightly and being seen as your soul self out in the world doing big things. I'm going to use very specific words to describe the energy we're clearing and you can hear my words as your own or repeat them after me. And then we'll use the breath to clear the negative energy. And as we exhale out the energy that we're letting go of, Visualize it moving into something that symbolizes you are truly releasing it. It could be an imaginary garbage can, A recycling bin, A compost pile, Or a big fire that you're tossing it into. Something that symbolizes to the universe, You are letting this go. So our first clearing statement goes like this. I clear now all of my fear of letting other people see who I truly am. I clear now all of my fear of letting other people see who I truly am. So you're going to take a couple breaths here, Just breathing in, Lifting any fear energy that's been standing in your way from being seen as who you really are at the soul level. Breathe that negativity out, Let it go. And statement number two goes like this. I clear now all of my fear of embodying my whole self and shining brightly, Expressing fully, And letting other people see me completely, Including my gifts, Talents, And skills. So again, Just breathe as I read this statement one more time. I clear now all of my fear of embodying my whole self and shining brightly, Expressing fully, And letting other people see me completely, Including seeing my gifts, Talents, And skills. Letting that fear go so you can be seen for how amazing you are. And moving on to next energy clearing. I clear now all of the fear that says if I embody and express my truest self and shine brightly into the world, Something bad will happen. I'll be judged, Ridiculed, Criticized, Shamed, Put down, Abused, Or simply receive bad attention that doesn't serve in my highest good. So I release and let go of all of that fear so that I can embody and express my true self. All right, So that's a really big one. It encompasses a lot. So take a few breaths here, Breathing in, Breathing out, Letting go of the fear, Fear of being judged, Being criticized or shamed, Fear of receiving bad attention for just putting yourself out there and being authentic. And as we move through these clearing statements, If something personal to you pops up, Maybe it's a memory, A certain situation, Call that out for yourself. Name that for yourself and then breathe it out and let that energy go. It's coming up for a reason right now. The more specific you can be with your own story, With your own history and what's standing in your way, The lighter you will become, The freer you will be. All right, Let's move on to our next clearing, Which goes like this. I clear now all of my habits, Behaviors, Trainings, Patterns, And addictions of shrinking, Making myself small, Hiding my soul's energy and light, Diminishing my frequency of truth and subjugating my presence to other people, Rather than taking up my rightful space, Claiming and owning it and shining brightly so my energy touches and impacts the world. Another big one. So several breaths here and I'm going to read that one again. So I clear now all of my habits, Behaviors, Trainings, Patterns, And addictions of shrinking, Making myself small, Hiding my soul's energy and light, Diminishing my frequency of truth and subjugating my presence to other people, Rather than taking up my rightful space, Claiming and owning it and shining brightly so my energy touches and impacts the world. Breathe in, Lifting up those habits, Those behaviors, Those trainings, Patterns, And addictions and breathe them out. Editing your own energetic blueprint, Letting your own energy out, Letting go of the programming that does not serve you. Alright, Let's move on to the next one. I clear now the veils and illusions, The blockages and barriers so that I can see more clearly how I block my own expression, Block my light from shining bright, And block my success in the world. Take a nice full breath in, Lifting up those veils and illusions, The blockages and barriers that keep you from seeing how you block your own success, How you block shining bright, How you block your own expression. Exhale out all of that negative energy. The more we can see ourselves clearly, The easier it is to adjust, To change, To try on new things. Alright, So one more clearing statement to go here. It goes like this. I clear now unworthiness, Arrogance, Neediness, Shame, Embarrassment, Anger, Frustration, Hate, Envy, Jealousy, Desperation, Greediness, Powerlessness, Imposter syndrome energy, Insecurity, Sadness, Depression, Grief, Fear, Anxiety, Hopelessness, And any other negative energy that is holding me back right now from stepping out into the world and saying, Here I am, Brightly, Boldly, Courageously, Confidently, Unabashedly, Unapologetically. Alright, So breathe, Breathe, Breathe. That was a lot, And for each of you, Some of those words are going to trigger more clearing than others, Depending on you, Depending on your unique setup. But know that these negative energies, They block our channels of expression. They dim our light, And they keep us from telling the world, Here I am. This is what I can do. This is what I have to offer. Alright, Amazing work. So I want you just to come back to your whole body now for a moment. Sense into your energy, Sense into your soul self. Notice if you're buzzing a little bit from that clearing, If you feel tingly, If you feel lighter. Just take a nice full breath in, And as you breathe out, Just ground your energy for a moment. And whenever we clear energy, We're creating void spaces inside of us. So we're going to activate energy now to fill up those places where we removed negative energy. And we're going to activate our truest vibration, We're going to activate our highest potential, Our highest timeline, We're going to activate our connection to source to all that is and allow source energy to also support us in being our truest self. So follow along with these activations. I activate now my innate confidence, Worthiness, Power, Self acceptance, Joy, Playfulness, Spontaneity, Charisma, Excitement, Love, Beauty, Radiance, And flow. So take a nice deep breath. And you're essentially asking these energies that already exist within you to be turned on, To be lit up, To be activated in your energetic frequency in your energetic blueprint. So you have access to them, You can embody them. And you're just going to breathe in, Imagine a light switch being turned on. And when you exhale, If there's any heaviness, Any negativity that that needs to release for that to happen, Just breathe that out just like we were doing in the previous section. All right, Activation number two, I activate now my soul frequency of truth, So I can embody it, Get to know it, And understand how it most wants to shine out into the world. I activate now my soul frequency of truth. So I can embody it, Get to know it, And understand how it most wants to shine out into the world. So take a couple deep breaths, Just breathing in, Breathing out. And lastly, We'll do this activation. I activate now, Source energy. This is the energy of all that is the energy of the universe, Which is limitless and positive. I activate now source energy. So this energy can fill me up and help me uplift any parts of me that are still hiding in the dark, Fearful of stepping out, Shining bright, And being seen. So take a nice full breath in, Activating our direct connection to this abundant, Limitless, Positive energy from source, Letting this energy uplift us and support us in coming out of hiding so that we can be who we really are and shine as brightly as we'd like to in the world. We are so, So supported, But we often need to acknowledge that support and even ask for that support. Right. So just bring your awareness back to your breath now. Feel your whole body breathing in and out. You just reset your entire being. You reset your energy, Your blueprint. We have all these different layers of conditioning that can cause us to be fearful of really letting ourselves be seen, Especially being seen as our truest self. But being who we really are is what we are here to do. So my wish is that you feel some kind of shift from this practice today and feel more excited, More able to shine brightly as your true self in all aspects of your life, Both professionally and personally.
