Welcome to your five-minute meditation to release negativity.
Please come into a comfortable seat and feel free to close your eyes if that feels good to you and allow yourself to really seek out comfort here.
So making any adjustments to your body so that you feel physically at ease and begin to tune in to your breath.
Breathing in and out through your nose and without any strain see if you can just begin to stretch out your inhalations and your exhalations.
Feeling the breath flowing into the body gently expanding you and as you slowly breathe out relax and doing that a few more times consciously breathing in slowly and smoothly and then slowly and smoothly breathing out and relaxing and let's do that one more time and as you breathe out this time let your jaw release and you may even want to sigh out through an open mouth.
Just really letting go inviting your whole body to relax and now utilizing the breath to let go of any negativity that you came to this practice with today.
Starting off by releasing negativity from the mind.
So take a nice deep breath in and you may even imagine this breath moving into the head and swirling around your brain and then breathing out through an open mouth letting go of any negativity in your mind and now releasing any emotional negativity that you're holding on to in this moment.
These are emotions that are not serving you they can be heavy emotions they could even be emotions that you've sponged up from other people so as you breathe in allow that inhalation to be cleansing to your emotional body and then again just breathing out through an open mouth letting go releasing any emotional negativity that you're currently experiencing.
Breath by breath becoming a little bit lighter and we'll do one more of those cleansing inhales releasing exhales and this time we're gonna clear away negativity in the physical body.
So deep breath in just allowing this breath to come in and flow through your whole body and breathing out through an open mouth letting go of any negative charge in your physicality in your physical body.
Beautiful now just bring your attention back to smooth steady slow breathing inhaling through the nose exhaling through the nose and with these last few breaths imagine a big Sun hovering right up above your head and allow the light from the Sun to shine down upon you let this light flow down into your mind allow this light to swirl around in your emotional body uplifting your emotional state and let this light fill up every cell in your physical body helping you feel vital helping you feel good on every level let's take one last breath in and out to seal in this new positive state of being that you've cultivated go ahead and gather your palms together at the front of your chest or maybe you rest your hands right over your heart feeling gratitude for having this opportunity to shift your energy have a beautiful rest of your day
