Good morning and welcome to day six of our seven day morning meditation journey.

This journey was designed to help you start your day from a place of positive self-connection,

Inner peacefulness,

And personal power.

So please come into a comfortable position.

You can either sit or lie down,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

And let your eyes come to close if you'd like.

Beginning to call all parts of you home into this moment.

Taking a few deep breaths here to center yourself and feeling your body beginning to settle and ground down,

Connecting with the earth.

Today we'll take a special journey beyond the physical to connect with spirit,

The great ocean of all that is.

Connecting intentionally with spirit can offer us an experience of oneness,

A knowing that everything is connected,

And a feeling that we are loved deeper than we could ever imagine.

Additionally,

When we connect to the vastness of spirit,

We can tap into a field of consciousness that's brimming with potential,

With creativity,

And with unlimited intelligence.

But first,

Let's deepen our connection with the physical body.

So just take a nice deep breath into your body.

And as you breathe out,

Again,

Just feel your body landing here in this moment upon the earth.

Feel the shape of your body,

Feel the weight of your body.

And then begin to sense how your body is moving with your breath,

Noticing the rhythm of your breath,

And feeling its depth,

Feeling how deeply the breath is flowing into your body.

Now via the breath,

Let your attention shift to your energy,

The energy flowing through your body and all around your body.

Notice that when you sense your energy,

You become bigger.

You become more expanded,

No longer limited to just the boundaries of your physical body.

Now,

Using your imagination and visualization,

Begin to expand your energy.

Let your energy,

Your consciousness begin to reach out in all directions.

As you do,

Feel your energy flowing into an expansive,

Never-ending ocean of energy.

Feel how this spiritual ocean is holding you,

Supporting you,

And linking you to a healing luminous energy that offers guidance and inspiration.

And if you'd like,

You can ask a question,

A question about your life's purpose,

Your path forward.

You can ask a question about a desire you have.

And after you've asked your question,

Just listen quietly,

Not with your ears,

But with your whole self,

And see what comes.

See how the universe answers you.

Maybe an image pops into your mind,

Or you sense an internal knowing that sends shivers down your spine.

Allow spirit to deliver its message to you without any expectations about how it should appear.

Now,

Begin to bring your attention back to just your energy,

And then back to just your breath,

And then back to just your body.

Feeling the shape of your body,

The weight of your body,

And feeling how your body is connected to the earth beneath you.

And begin to ground yourself and ground this experience of connecting with spirit.

Take a nice deep breath in,

And a complete breath out.

And from this grounded place,

And in your own way,

Thank spirit for its presence and guidance today.

Thank spirit for whatever message you received.

Thank spirit for reminding you that you are connected to this vast ocean of wisdom,

Of healing,

Of abundance.

When you feel ready,

Give a little wiggle to your fingers and toes,

Letting your eyes blink open and closed a few times.

And as you prepare to move out into the rest of your day,

Remember you are always a part of the vast and ever flowing energy of spirit.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.
