Oh wow!! I've been feeling really down today and doing these chakra clearings has immensely helped, following what my body tells me: first root, then heart, then sacral: and all of a sudden the dam let go, and I can feel energy flowing to my feet...! Such a relief, going to continue gently to throat, solar plexus and third eye. Crown feels very far away, will let it come closer slowly...
