Daily Reflection January 9- An Act Of Providence

A daily reading from the book “Daily Reflections” by Alcoholics Anonymous
“Providence” is a word I first heard in youth group at church, and it was suggested at the time that it meant God’s ultimate will. This reading, however, says that providence is a manifestation of divine care and direction. That sits much better in my spirit today. It almost seems like a picture of God’s hand on my back, gently guiding me down the road while I just stroll along, arms casually crossed over my books.
