Meditation Timer OnlineAmie Whittemore is a yoga teacher, creative writing instructor, and tarot reader interested in the intersections of creativity, spirit, and healing. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She teaches a vinyasa and restorative classes, in addition to yoga nidra. She also offers occasional retreats that bring together her various modalities and interests. As a published poet, she offers freelance creative writing classes and often works one-on-one with writers across genres to support the development of their craft. She is particularly interested in how writing can help us process and heal from trauma. A naturally intuitive person, Amie uses tarot with clients to help them bring curiosity to whatever is blocking them, spiritually, emotionally, and/or creatively.
