Welcome to your life visioning meditation.
This is for you if you'd like to step into this divine knowing that you are manifesting exactly what your soul is calling you to right now.
And this is also for days where you feel less positive and you need a pick-me-up to remind yourself of your innate power.
So to get started,
Place one hand over your heart.
Take a deep breath in consciously and breathe that out with intention.
And now we're going to set an intention using the words,
I am.
And this is really the exact experience you want to have in your life.
Something like,
I am deeply at peace within myself.
Or I am joyful and full of compassion for myself and others.
So find your I am statement.
This is the intention of exactly what you desire to feel and experience every single day.
And just repeat that I am statement to yourself several times to solidify that within your mind and your body.
Now take some time to really bring up this vision of what it looks like in your mind's eye to experience this I am intention.
Allow yourself to really feel those feelings of joy,
Of peace,
Of excitement in your body.
And if it's hard for you to typically see visuals,
The most important thing here is to have your I am intention and feel that knowing within your body.
So listen to the music,
Allow yourself to be uplifted,
And really tap into this knowing that this is your soul's calling right here and right now.
You are a divine,
Powerful being.
And you have a very,
Very important purpose.
Allow yourself to be completely in joy,
In peace,
In love.
Just feel that to the very depth of your heart.
And now take one more deep breath in all the way into your body really feeling that breath on the inhale and the exhale.
And just becoming very present as this integration is happening within your very being.
And just know that the more you practice this,
The more you spend time on this vision,
On this I am intention,
And you will absolutely experience this reality every single day of your life.
