Hello and welcome to the meet your higher self meditation.
My name is Amy Dean with One Awakening Institute and I am very excited to bring you this meditation today.
To get started make sure you are in a space that feels comfortable and relaxing and somewhere where you will not be disturbed.
Good and now to get started I'd like you to begin by closing your eyes and placing your hand on your chest.
To start and raise your vibration we need to attune your body with deep cleansing breaths.
So I'm going to guide you through a coherence breathing technique that will help you get in tune with your body mind and spirit.
To get started on your next inhale breathe into the count of five,
Hold for five and release for five.
I'm going to guide you through this and we'll start now.
Breathing in one two three four five hold two three four five release two three four five.
Now just coming back to your regular breathing.
Noticing any changes in your body even if it's very subtle or very slight.
We're going to practice this breathing a few more times as it helps your heart to connect with the rest of your body and is a wonderful way to raise your vibration to connect with your higher self.
So again make sure that you are exhaling as fully as you can before you breathe in and as I count try to stay with the count but it's okay if you lose track or have to go at your own pace.
So breathing in when you're ready one two three four five hold two three four five release two three four five.
Good and just make sure you've released all of that breath now.
If you need to take another deep inhale to release anything still stuck inside go ahead and do that now.
Good and now I'm gonna guide you one more time through this coherence breathing and as you do this notice this time if you can feel how your hand is either warm or cool against your chest and notice how it feels as you breathe in as your chest and belly rises becoming completely present to this experience.
So again make sure that you exhale fully and here in a moment I'll guide you again.
Okay and breathing in to five one two three four five hold two three four five release two three four five.
Good.
Now noticing how you feel again checking in being present with whatever is here.
Good and distilling the mind a little bit bringing attention back to your hand on your chest now to your calm even breathing in your body.
And now that you are fully aligned with mind body and spirit I'm going to guide you into a visualization to meet your higher selves.
I'd like you to visualize a beautiful garden before you and this garden may look any way that you wish making sure that it is beautiful calm serene and feel safe for you.
I'll give you some time to envision your beautiful garden.
I'd like you to see yourself there if you don't already and to find a comfortable place to sit.
You are now going to ask your higher self to join you in your beautiful garden.
So just state to yourself I invite my higher self to join me here.
And as you do that you may start to notice emotions sensations or visuals in your garden.
There's no right or wrong way so allow your imagination to take hold and just open to whatever comes next.
I'll give you some time to invite this beautiful higher self in and take your time.
Once you have a vision a feeling sensation or a knowing that your higher self is with you.
You are now going to invite this higher self to sit down next to you and you're going to ask a few questions to gain some clarity and you don't have to write these down now.
I will guide you at the end to write them down but for now just stay present with your higher self and wait for the answers to come.
The first question is how can I raise my vibration to connect with you daily?
The next question is what are some things I do or don't do that makes it so I feel disconnected from you?
And now for the last question ask your higher self anything that has been on your mind anything that feels undone in your life right now and wait for the answer.
Take another minute or so to close up these questions and answers with your higher self.
Now invite your higher self to merge with you and do this however you see fit.
You might want to have her merge into the top of your head or through your heart.
Take your time with this and feel that connection deepening within.
Good and now let her know that you will remember when you disconnect and ask what sign will help you remember that you are starting to sense that disconnection.

Spending this time to speak with you.
We're going to start closing up this meditation ever so gently.
Begin by taking a deep breath in again just deeply into your belly and chest and releasing letting it all go.
To wake up your body you may want to wiggle your fingers and toes a bit or just slowly start to open your eyes and stretch.
And now take some time to journal about your experience remembering those signs that will help you stay connected with your higher self in the future.
Remembering that you and your higher self are one and you can visit this meditation at any time.
