Welcome to your Akashic Records energy healing journey.
My name is Amy Dean with One Awakening Institute and it is my honor to guide you into your Akashic Records.
Please make sure you are in a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed and set aside any distractions to make sure you get the most out of this experience.
I will be guiding you into a meditative process to enter your records.
And before recording this meditation,
I used an intentional and vibrational prayer in order to help you enter your records with greater ease.
Okay,
So let's get started.
Begin by bringing your attention into your body and closing your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.
And then just noticing how your body feels wherever you are seated.
And take a few deep breaths,
Breathing in very gently.
And as you take your deep breaths,
Making sure that as you bring in more oxygen,
You're exhaling even deeper,
Having a sense of relaxation ever so deeply,
One breath at a time.
And then notice again the weight and pressure of your body,
Any senses of vibration or heat within your body at this time.
You might even feel yourself up against the chair or laying on the floor.
Wherever you are,
Bring your attention now into your stomach area.
If your stomach is tense or tight,
Let it soften and take a conscious breath there.
Now bringing attention to your hands,
Noticing if hands are tense or tight and allowing them to soften.
Now noticing your arms and feeling any sensation,
Letting your shoulders be soft and bringing awareness to your neck and throat.
Again,
Letting go,
Relaxing completely.
Noticing now how your jaw feels,
Any tension or tightness there.
Consciously let go and allow your face to be soft and relaxed.
Now noticing your whole body present in the room that you are in,
Taking one more deep breath and moving your awareness to the sounds in the room.
Give yourself permission to suspend your judgment of these sounds as they are not good nor bad,
But only paying attention to what sounds are coming into your awareness.
The sounds in the room,
The sounds on this audio track and remember your steady breath while you are listening.
See if you can find the space between the sounds.
Turning your attention to your thoughts,
Watching them very closely,
Becoming curious about what thought might appear next in your mind.
There is no need to change the thoughts or to follow the stream of thoughts that appear.
Instead,
Just watch them come and go with focused attention.
Good.
And now in a moment here,
You will make an intention for the energy healing you feel you most need right now.
You will hold the vision of the healing you most need as you say the following intention.
First,
Place your hand on your heart and affirm out loud.
I intend to access my Akashic records for healing and see that visual firmly in your mind.
Take a few moments to feel your body now,
Sensing any small or large shifts that may have just occurred.
And no matter what you feel,
You are now in the Akashic records.
Now imagine there is a large,
Brilliant white door in front of you.
The doorknob has a beautiful gold color.
And as you turn the doorknob,
You see a beautifully lit room that resembles a library with many books that line the walls.
In the back of the room,
There is a crackling warm fireplace with a cozy chair nearby.
And as you enter here,
It feels warm,
Inviting and relaxing.
This is the room of the records where energy healing takes place.
Now take a few minutes to explore this space,
Getting comfortable there until you hear my voice again.
Now that you have explored the space,
Remind yourself of your healing intention.
In a few moments,
You will invite the record keeper beings to enter the space with you.
You may visually see them appear,
Or you may just feel or sense their presence.
You may hear words of wisdom,
See images or symbols,
Or even feel hot,
Cold or tingling sensations.
As you invite them into this healing room,
Allow them to provide whatever it is you need to experience the healing you require.
Take some time with the record keepers until you hear my voice again.
Now that you have explored the space,
Remind yourself of your healing intention.
You may visually see them appear,
Or you may just feel hot,
Cold or tingling sensations.
As you invite them into this healing room,
Allow them to provide whatever it is you require.
