
Chakra Sound Tuning For Healing
I invite you on an inner journey to explore your chakras using tuning forks for a deep sound healing experience. During this meditation, I will guide you in releasing the stuck energy in each of your seven chakras, resetting your energy body to a state of peace, calm, and inner balance. This meditation was recorded for a class, and headphones are recommended for the best experience.
Transcript
So to begin,
Just start to notice if there's any energetic disturbances,
Any emotional distress in the area of your head,
From the very top of your head,
Scanning down again.
And as you notice these sensations,
You're not trying to change anything,
You're just noticing what's present,
What's available.
This is a gift of your body to communicate with you,
No matter how you might label the sensation as good or bad or distressing in any way.
And then moving into the inside of your head,
Noticing any difficulty there,
Any sensation or emotion that feels challenging or difficult to sit with in the moment.
And just bring a very soft awareness around it,
Almost like a gentle way of moving towards it until you meet that comfort zone,
Until it feels like it's just where you need to be.
And you may notice that the sensations and emotions are changing as you're scanning from one place to the next.
So we're going to move down into your neck,
Scanning specifically in the very back of your neck now.
Seeing where the base of your head meets the very first vertebrae there.
And just notice if there's any tension or tightness,
Anything that feels as if it's calling out to your attention as you move down into the very top of your back,
Over your shoulders.
You might even label whatever you experience.
You might say something like tightness or tension,
Pain or sensation.
And now moving downward,
We're going to move into your chest area,
Really focusing in on your heart.
As you feel into the heart now,
You may experience several different emotions or sensations.
You might have visuals or symbols showing you what's happening there.
And in the moment,
I'd just like you to move closer in,
Scanning,
Curious,
Wondering what might happen next as you move into your heart.
And again,
If there's any difficult sensations or anything challenging in this area,
You're just going to note it.
You're going to label it.
Come back to the knowing that you are the witnessing presence,
The observer of this experience.
Now we're going to scan downward now into your midsection.
And as we scan your midsection here,
Notice if there's any clenching,
Any holding,
Any pain in your stomach,
Any fear in your gut.
And just noting it,
Not having to change anything.
You're only allowing whatever is to be.
If your mind wanders at any point,
Just bring it very gently back to your stomach,
To your midsection.
Now we're going to move to your mid and lower back,
Noticing if there's any tightness or tension there.
If there's any part of this experience that feels particularly uncomfortable,
You might move a bit,
Might be a message from your body to gain a little bit more movement.
Good,
Focusing there.
No matter what your experience is right now,
Whether you'd label it as pleasant or unpleasant,
Difficult or distressing emotionally,
You're just noticing that you are the observer of whatever experience is present now.
Let's move down into your hips,
Noticing if there's anything there,
The lower stomach region,
Hip area.
Again,
Seeing if there's anything calling out for your attention at this time.
Good,
Just labeling that,
Letting it go.
In some places you don't find any sensation,
Emotion,
Just note that as nothing,
Emptiness,
Whatever it may be.
Now we're going to move down into your legs,
Starting with your left leg,
So scanning down your left thigh,
Very slowly scanning down your left thigh,
Into your left knee,
All the way down to your left calf and into your left foot.
Now feeling the entirety of your leg,
Of your left leg and your foot and your left calf and really noticing if there's any emotion or sensation there.
Now switching focuses over to the right leg,
Starting with the right thigh,
Again,
Slowly moving down into your right knee,
Down to your right calf and all the way into your right foot.
Feeling as you feel the whole right leg,
If there's any particular message for you.
And now taking a really deep breath in on your next inhale,
Releasing whatever you felt,
Whatever was difficult,
Just noticing how you feel,
How differently it might feel now that you got in touch with your body.
And now I'm going to take you on a journey through your chakras as a way of healing and working through each one where there may be some stuck energy.
So to start with,
We're going to go back up to your head and we're going to work with the crown chakra here as there may be some emotional disturbances or some energetic issues there that are causing a disconnection to your higher self.
And if so,
You'll start to feel an opening here as we do this work together.
So I'm going to play this as gently as possible in the background.
And as you hear this sound that comes into your awareness,
You're going to imagine the sound is going in through the very top of your head and the sound is warming you as a vibration,
Clearing out any energies you found there earlier.
And just take your time with this noticing what's happening.
And we'll get started now here focusing on your crown chakra.
And again,
Inviting the sound in again once more into your crown.
And then if it feels right to set an intention to open to divine guidance during this time,
You may do so now.
Good.
And now we're going to move down into your third eye chakra,
Which is the chakra right between your two eyes,
Just above those two eyebrows.
And I'm going to play the tuning fork here.
And as you hear the sound again,
Inviting it into that space as a light maybe or a color of some sort,
Or maybe just feeling the vibration of the energy.
And as you do this,
See it clearing out all aspects of negativity or distress in any way that may be keeping you from seeing clearly right now that may be keeping you from your intuitive and psychic insight.
So as I play this here a couple times,
Just feel the energy and we'll begin now.
And if it comes,
Call me.
And then if it feels right,
Just set an intention here to open your third eye.
And then if it feels right,
Just set an intention here to open your third eye.
And then if it feels right,
Just set an intention here to open your third eye.
We're going to move into your throat chakra,
The place of communication and speaking up for what you need right now.
So as we move into the throat chakra,
This place of communication and self-expression,
Just listen to the tuning forks again,
Inviting in their energy,
Allowing it to clear out any areas in your throat chakra that need extra support right now.
And we'll begin now.
And then if it feels right again,
Just setting another intention to open your throat chakra,
Open to communication,
Open to being able to say what you need to say,
Setting boundaries and making sure that you're in alignment with your highest truth.
Perfect.
Good.
Now we're going to move down into your heart.
And your heart chakra is responsible for feeling and receiving all of the love,
All of the love that you are.
And it's also a place where we feel the most grief and the most pain associated with love and relationship.
So as you focus here,
Listen to the tune as it vibrates into this area,
Into the chakra,
And allow it to bathe your heart with love and joy.
And we'll start now.

And then as you're accepting in this frequency,
Know that this is the frequency of love at 528 Hertz,
Which also helps us to get in touch with the love deep within.
And now setting that intention,
If you'd like,
To allow your heart to heal or open or whatever feels most helpful in this moment.
Good.
And now we'll move on to the solar plexus chakra,
Where we tend to hold a lot of stress and tension.
We're either being courageous and open to new experiences or closing off due to fear of pain and suffering.
And so as we do this one here,
Notice if anything shifts as the energy and the vibration is moving into your being.

And now setting this intention,
If you'd like,
To open this chakra even more or to just allow this energy to bathe the chakra with light and love as you continue to heal at this time.
All right.
Now we're going to move on to the sacral chakra,
Which is located right there in between the pelvis,
The middle of your pelvis area in your hips,
Right smack in the center,
Just a few inches below your belly button.
And this is the area that is connected to our creativity,
To our ability to express ourselves.
It's also the pleasure center,
Whether we're experiencing pleasure or pain.
It's a very primitive area of desire and need,
And it can get very blocked very quickly if we're not in tune with ourselves.
So as we move through this tuning experience,
Just allow whatever is there to leave your body if it feels right.
Anything that may have been stuck for some time,
Just see it leave like the wind and invite this new frequency in.
RINGS RINGS RINGS And again,
Setting an intention here if you'd like to keep this area open to be able to express yourself,
To enjoy yourself,
To engage in pleasure.
And then we'll move on here to the root chakra.
And this is the place which is right there at the very base of your spine.
And this root chakra is centered around our foundation,
Our grounding,
Whether we feel at home within ourselves and is also associated with past trauma and difficult experiences that we've gone through.
So as I play the tuning fork for this chakra here,
Make sure to invite in the energies into this space in a way that allows you to let go of whatever may have been stuck there for some time.
Or just even feeling into the places that need most love and support in your root chakra right this moment.
RINGS RINGS RINGS Good.
And now just setting one last intention here for your root chakra to open completely or just to allow yourself to feel more grounded at this time if that's what you most need.
All right,
And then now just keeping your eyes closed,
Staying very quiet within yourself as best you can.
Just feeling your body,
Your whole body now and any changes that may have taken place from the very beginning.
And then when you're ready,
You can start to wiggle your fingers and toes a little bit just to start waking up your body.
And then very gently taking some time to move and stretch and then opening your eyes whenever it feels right.
