Imagine your breath as a healing balm,
Blessing you and guiding you every step of the way.
This is your time to rest,
To breathe,
To gather your own beautiful energy around you.
Using the window of your imagination,
Imagine yourself sitting in a beautiful park,
The green grass and trees surrounding you,
The water flowing nearby calming you,
And the soft breeze awakening you.
A beautiful soul sits down next to you.
This may be a soul from heaven that you've greatly missed.
This may be a spiritual deity that guides you in your daily life.
This may be any being of light that is with you,
Guiding you every day,
Even though you may not have known it until now.
Relax and smile,
And welcome whomever comes to sit down next to you.
Share a few quiet moments with this magical soul,
Just sitting together in the park.
You sense that the being next to you has a message they would like to give you as a gift.
