Two minutes in the morning is all you need to cultivate grounding and uplifting energy for the rest of your day. Take a deep breath, and join me. We will check in with ourselves, accepting and meeting our body, breath, and mind where it's at. Then we will tend to 2 simple questions that you can carry with you. I will guide you into and out of this meditation.
