Two minutes in the morning is all you need to cultivate grounding and uplifting energy for the rest of your day. Take a deep breath, and join me. We will check in with ourselves, accepting and meeting our body, breath, and mind where it's at. Then we will tend to 2 simple questions that you can carry with you. I will guide you into and out of this meditation.

Good morning friends Let's gather right away coming to a seat that feels comfortable for you Taking your thumb and index finger together Palms can face down for grounding or turn up for a more uplifting mood and if it's comfortable go ahead and close your eyes or just soften your gaze and and Exhale all the stale Overnight air out of your body as soon as you think you cannot exhale one iota more go ahead and push that last bit out of your belly and Then your deep inhale Bringing it all the way to fullness holding for a beat at the top and Letting it go Let's check in with where we are now Start to wiggle around notice how your body feels in different places Notice your breath if it's a little more steady a little more full after we took that deep one together and Then notice your mind maybe imagining your thoughts as clouds that pass by on a windy day Find where you are now in the next couple of breaths And Now let's look forward what can you let go of today?

And finally,

What is your intention for the day?

Deep breath sealing that in Wiggling your body around opening your eyes if they're closed take your palms together at your heart center repeat your intention whisper it to yourself and Bowing forward in gratitude.
