Today we're going to be working with an affirmation to help us ground into ourselves and the world around us.

The first chakra is representative of family,

Home,

And grounding,

To name a few things.

Its blocker is fear.

Today we will release fear related to the first chakra by repeating the affirmation,

I have everything I need until the end of the meditation.

Take a deep breath into your belly,

Feeling connected to the ground supporting you.

You have everything you need.
