Good morning and welcome.

My intention as your guide is to take you on a journey and inspire and uplift you for living your best day.
Because starting your day with meditation is a very positive start to your day,
As it helps you get prepared and aligned for the day ahead.
So go on,
Find a comfortable seated position with a balanced posture.
Then take a few deep breaths to settle in.
And then let all your awareness just rest on the breath.
Every fighter has their own kind of meditation or mindfulness practice.
So don't worry about what everyone else is doing.
Just focus on what feels good for you.
Letting everything else just fade in the background.
This attitude of focus is one that you can carry with you throughout your training.
Making sure that you are focusing on yourself,
On your own training and your own practices.
And blocking out everything else that is not relevant to your journey.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
Hold it at the top of the lungs.
And then exhale,
Letting your shoulders slide down naturally.
Breathing deeply helps to relax the body and mind.
And it gives you an anchor to hold on to during your practice.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling fully.
Now with your eyes closed,
I want you to imagine that you are somewhere comfortable.
Maybe in a warm country,
On your favorite beach or on the favorite mountains.
You feel the air and notice how the sun is just about to rise.
Imagine you are at a training camp where all the other students are meditating with you.
Preparing for the day ahead,
Ready to rise and radiate and make the most of today.
Now see yourself moving through your day.
See your day play out exactly how you want it to go.
With great ease,
You are doing all things effortlessly.
As you move through your day,
Visualize every detail of it,
Doing exactly what you want,
How you want it.
I want you to feel what the day feels like.
Notice what your hands are doing,
What movements they are making or what they are doing or holding on to.
Perhaps you start to feel sensations inside your body,
Feelings of happiness,
Joy and that feeling of your successful,
Healthy,
Fit self.
Now imagine what actions you are doing as you are visualizing your day ahead.
What do you want to happen in your day today?
Who are you surrounded by today?
What tools or equipment are you using?
Notice the clothes that you are wearing.
Notice where your feet are stepping,
Paying attention to the surface beneath you,
Noticing every single detail of it.
Now shift your awareness to the expressions on your face.
Do you notice a sense of contentment or joy or maybe even a smile?
Or are you sweating profusely as you are working out?
Notice the body movements.
Notice where your body is turning to,
The way your legs feel,
The way your torso feels.
Now see what you are doing in the afternoon,
Imagining every single detail of it.
Are you taking opportunities and using them to your best advantage?
What are you eating?
What are you doing to fuel your body and how are you caring for your body?
Perhaps you are going for a nice walk or maybe you have booked a relaxing massage or some time in the sauna or a cold bath.
Whatever it is,
Visualize it so clearly that you can see it right there in front of you.
Now take a moment to soak up these feelings as you are moving through your day with great ease,
Joy and great success,
Noticing all the positive things you are doing today.

Now take a deep breath in and bring your attention back to where you are.
You have done an amazing job relaxing and using your brilliant mind to think about things in a new way,
Setting yourself up for a very positive day ahead.
Now bring back all those feelings of goodness and allow that to guide this wonderful day.
Gently wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes and blink your eyes open to greet the day with a smile.
