Hi and welcome to the third and final day of the meditation series about celebration,
Consistency and patience.
A journey that I'm sure many of you have or will experience in your lifetime.
Now this final session is about patience,
Persistence and the path ahead.
Today we will reflect on the invaluable qualities of patience and persistence as you continue your journey towards your goals.
Remember that great things take time and your consistent efforts will lead you to a brighter and more fulfilling tomorrow.
So go ahead and find a comfortable posture.
Allow your spine to be tall and proud.
Allow your muscles to relax.
If it feels good for you,
You can softly close your eyes,
Taking a moment to let go of the outside world.
This is your sacred space for reflection.
Now allow your body and mind to settle in,
Relaxing the muscles of the face completely.
Let your lips be soft without pressing them together.
Let your tongue rest in the base of the mouth.
Soften your belly and let your awareness rest on the breath.
Inhaling deeply,
Embracing the energy of patience and exhaling any restlessness or impatience that you may be carrying.
Inhaling deeply,
Embracing patience.
Exhaling fully,
Letting go of restlessness.
With each breath you are deliberately cultivating a sense of calm and persistence.
Now take a moment to reflect on the concept of patience.
Think about what it means to you or what sort of feelings it brings up.
I tend to be a very impatient person,
Always wanting things done quicker than possible.
Very rarely allowing the time for things to naturally unfold.
Patience is not a passive waiting,
But it's more like a powerful practice of trust and endurance.
Just as a seed needs time to sprout and grow,
Your dreams and aspirations need time to flourish.
Now bring to mind yourself as a patient gardener,
Tending to the garden of your life.
Nurturing what's good and what needs to grow and weeding what no longer serves you.
Now just as that you need to tend to your garden every day,
So you need to be persistent with yourself.
Consider how each step you take,
No matter how small,
Is a step closer to your goals and dreams.
Persistence is like the driving force that keeps you moving forward,
Even when obstacles or difficulties arise along your path.
One affirmation that has helped me over the last few difficult weeks has been trust in divine timing.
It's like acknowledging that there is a natural rhythm to life.
Some things may not unfold as quickly as you would like,
But trust in the divine timing of the universe.
Sometimes delays or opportunities for growth or learning appear on the horizon,
But holding on to an anchor,
An affirmation might just be the way to go.
I trust in the perfect timing of my journey.

Now let us shift to an attitude of gratitude.
Expressing gratitude for the journey that you are on,
For every experience that has been part of it.
Whether it has been smooth or challenging,
All these experiences contribute to your growth and your wisdom.
Feel thankful for the lessons that you have learned along the way.
Now as you sit here in gratitude,
Repeat silently or aloud,
I am patient and persistent and I trust in the timing of my dreams.
I embrace challenges as stepping stones to success.
With each day,
I move closer to my goals.
Now even though mindfulness is about being present in the here and now,
Thinking about tomorrow is not a bad thing.
Especially when you visualize tomorrow as a bright and fulfilling day.
See yourself walking confidently along the path you have been paving with patience and persistence.
Visualize your dreams becoming a reality,
One step at a time.
Now as we come to the end of this meditation series,
Send positive energy and positive intentions to your future self.
Trust that your consistent efforts will lead to the success that you deserve.
Imagine your future self feeling proud,
Fulfilled and content.
And when you are ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Taking a deep inhale and exhale,
Becoming aware of the room that you are in.
Knowing that you carry the qualities of patience and persistence within you.
When you are ready,
Gently open your eyes if they were closed.
Carrying the strength of patience and persistence with you into the world.
Remember,
Your journey is a testament to your dedication and resilience.
Embrace patience,
Persist in your efforts and tomorrow will shine even brighter.
