If there's something that is frustrating you,
Something that upset you,
Something that is taking you out of the present moment,
I invite you to close your eyes and just let go.
Start by paying close attention to your breath as you take deep breaths in and deep breaths out with each exhale,
Notice the issue dissolving 10% each breath.
Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,
Notice the issue again,
Dissolving,
Letting go another 10% with each breath out.
Repeat this cycle a few more times.
Everything is starting to feel lighter.
You're feeling yourself letting go.
You're starting to feel better.
Feeling grateful for all that you are aware of.

Feel peace,
And feel gratitude.
You can choose to feel happy or feel sad.
