Take a moment to find a comfortable seat,
You could be standing,
Seated or you could be lying down.
Sense the world around you,
The ground beneath you.
Let your body release down into the ground,
The support of the earth and sense the wide open sky all around you.
Tune into the felt sense of being here in this moment,
Eyes closed or open,
Breathing into exactly what is in this moment.
If at any point you feel drawn to opening your eyes and looking around the space that you're in,
Do so.
Open up to receiving life as it is right now.
What's it feel like to rest back into yourself,
Letting life come to you.
If at any point you'd like to change position,
Do so mindfully and then reconnect to the moment,
Letting the earth hold you,
Letting the sky smile upon you.
There's something so revitalizing about coming right into this moment,
Into this body,
Into the felt sense of what is.
When you're ready maybe you begin to windmill your arms up and around you in a great big circle.
Engage this moment and let it flow down and in and through your energy body.
