Hello there,
Welcome to this meditation,
I'm Amanda.
Sometimes I find that I get very caught up in me,
The small me,
The I am that has its fears and anxieties and depressions,
Has its worries and concerns.
And then sometimes I remember that there's an aspect of myself that's not involved in any of those concerns and it's the I am that is much faster,
It's boundless and it's mystical.
And she is here to support me,
She is here so that I can remember to listen to her guidance,
She's here so I can remember to trust.
And so with that in mind,
Take a moment here to get nice and settled into your meditative seat.
You might be seated on your meditation cushion,
You might be laying down on your bed,
However you would like to receive this practice.
Ensure that you have a level of comfort,
You can rest your hands on the body in a mudra if you like,
With a thumb pad to index finger pad.
Allow your eyelids to rest down knowing that you have capacity to open your eyes whenever you feel to.
And bring your attention to the breath being received into your nostrils,
That cool air entering your nostrils and slightly warmer air exiting in through your nostrils and back out.
Become aware as you breathe of the rest of your body responding.
As you exhale allow your body to settle down into the support that is holding you here.
And as you inhale become aware of the vastness that is all around you.
Next time you breathe in,
Feel your attention drawn to the point between the two eyebrows,
Deep in the center of your forehead,
Ajna chakra.
As you exhale,
Allow your breath to flow directly out through the eyebrow center point,
To the space just in front of your head.
So we continue inhaling in through the eyebrow center point directly into the center of the head.
And out.
Inhaling back in.
And then exhaling directly up through the crown of the head,
Out to the space surrounding your head.
Inhale back in through the crown and out through the eyebrow center point.
And so we continue to breathe in this way,
In an L-shape,
Directly in through the eyebrow center point.
And up through the crown to the space surrounding your head.
A few more rounds.
Listening to the flow of the breath.
Allowing the breath to cultivate a smooth,
Deep,
Slow,
Even tempo.
Allow this breath to feel soothing to your body,
To your brain.
And the next time you breathe out of the crown of your head,
Allow your awareness to rest about five inches above the crown of the head.
Become aware of the most beautiful,
Magical,
Light pink lotus flower hovering.
It has 1,
000 petals and it's hovering just above the crown of your head.
It begins to lower onto the crown of your head.
Breathe in its scent,
Its essence,
And silently repeat to yourself,
I am a creation of the cosmos.
I am divine.
Feel those words and feel the beauty of the cosmic dance.
At the crown of your head.
Then allow your attention to drop right into the center of your head.
And here,
Sense,
Feel and see a beautiful pulsing indigo light.
And let it grow to fill your head space.
And here,
Feel the vibration.
I am collective intuition.
Feel the knowing of that flood into your brain,
Into your Ajna chakra.
And let your face and your brain soften and receive all of the intuitions.
As your awareness drifts down to the center of your throat.
And here,
See a beautiful blue orb of radiance within and surrounding your throat region.
And listen.
Listen to all of the receivings and know that you are creative communication.
I am creative communication.
And feel that flood through your throat,
Around your throat.
And allow these orbs to pulse and flow as your awareness drifts down to the center of your chest.
And here,
Feel,
Sense and see your entire chest cavity filled with an emerald green light.
Shining back,
Shining forward,
Shining out and receive this vibration.
I am love.
I am love on a collective level.
I am love on an individual level.
Feel yourself zooming in individually,
But then zooming right back out to the collective love.
Loving all beings,
Loving life and loving that healing tonic of spiritual love.
Allow that green to continue to radiate and let your attention drift to the solar plexus.
Just in the diaphragm region and see a yellow sun radiating out in all directions.
Feel the sun radiating,
Warming and feel the vibration of I am firing self-will.
And know that you are the courage of the divine.
You are the courage of the collective,
As well as unique individualized courage.
Allow that orb to continue to radiate and then rest your awareness down into the lower bowl of your abdomen.
And here see,
Sense and feel an orange orb of radiance.
Shining out of your lower abdomen,
Out of your lower back,
Out of your pelvis.
And here feel these words,
Feel this vibration.
I am all of creation.
Feel the seed of all of creation.
Vibration emanating from your lower abdomen,
Reaching out through time and distance.
Feel the I am collectively,
As well as the I am individually.
I am,
I am,
I am.
And allow that orb to continue to swirl and flow and radiate and then sense your awareness drifting down to encompass the very tip of your tail,
As well as your legs and your feet.
And here this orb is enormous and it's red and it's pulsing and throbbing and radiating.
With the earth.
And here feel the essence of these words,
I am safe and I am thriving.
And feel this on a collective level,
The earth thriving,
The earth safe,
As well as on your individual level.
Now let all of the colors of the chakras,
All of that cosmic collective energy,
As well as your individual energy,
Swirl and flow into one enormous colorless chakra.
Let yourself merge with the earth,
With the collective,
And sense a oneness.
A oneness with all that is.
All that is.
A oneness of I am.
That needs no words.
I am,
I am,
I am.
Begin to deepen your breath.
Knowing that you are,
You are,
You are.
We all are.
We are all connected.
We are part of a collective.
And we are highly individualized.
And for that,
I give great thanks.
Thank you for meditating with me today.
Namaste.
