A short breath practice to help you build some energy.

Find yourself in a comfortable place to sit.

Prepare to move your breath and your body.

Bring your fingertips to rest behind your ears,

Elbows pointing out to the sides.

Breathe in,

Long spine.

Breathe out,

Turn to the right.

Inhale through center.

Exhale to the left.

Inhale through center.

Continue flowing through.

Inhale center.

Exhale,

Twist.

Engage through your core.

Exhale,

Twist.

Inhale,

Center.

Exhale,

Twist.

Last round.

Inhale through center.

Exhale,

Release your palms down to your lap.

Inhale through your nose.

Exhale,

Drop the exhale out through your mouth.

Invite a little rocking motion.

Inhale forward.

Exhale back.

Imagine that you are rowing your own boat.

Inhale brings you forward.

Inhale brings you back.

Ten more rowing breaths together.

Last three.

Release.

Let that go.

Draw breath there in through your mouth,

Lips pursed.

Exhale,

Side out,

Relax through your lips.

Inhale,

Draw a long breath of air in through the longest straw.

Exhale,

Side out.

Breathe in long.

Side release.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Three more like that.

Breathe in long.

Feel all the way up.

Exhale,

Side out.

Breathe in.

Last one.

Before we conclude our practice,

Let's take one more breath in together.

Expand,

Reach your arms out side to side.

And exhale,

Bring your palms together,

Clap them in.

Alright,

We'll do one more.

Breathe in,

Expand.

Reach,

Reach,

Reach.

And then exhale,

Bring it in together with a clap.

That concludes our breath practice.

I hope you're feeling more energized and that you have a beautiful day.

Absolutely brilliant. I was scrolling for ages to try and find something and without listening to any samples of any others before even seeing yours I just said "right, i'll try this one then" and boy am I awake now! Thank you so much for getting me in a state of awareness lol, I normally need a good night's sleep but didn't manage it so felt awful this morning when I had to wake up but now I feel great. Blessings. πŸ™πŸ˜Š P.S: LOVE the music! 🌞
