The three-part exhale through your mouth.
In through your nose.
Out through your mouth.
In through your nose.

Three times out through your mouth.
Breath in.
Here we go.

Let it go.
Three more like that.
Smooth in.
Last one.
Now three times in through your nose.
Side out.

In.
Let it go.
Inhale.
Release each time with sound.
Take it in.
Let it go.
Three times in.
Long exhale with sound.
Three more.

Side out.
Last one.
Now bring one hand to rest on your chest.
Breathe first into your belly.
Then expand sideways into your ribs.
Finally,
Fill all the way up into the space of your hand,
Your heart.
Breathe out with a little bit of sound.
Breathe into your belly,
Your low back.
Into your side ribs,
Expand side to side.
Fill all the way up into your chest.
You can fill up no more.
Exhale,
Side out.
Breathe in front to back.
Breathe in a little more side to side.
One more breath,
Pull the air in.
And exhale,
Side out.
Keep your hand connected to your heart space for as long as you wish.
It's all here now.
