Notice exactly where it is showing up in your body.
Imagine you are tracking it.
Notice the evidence that you are alive.
Where does your body expand on the inhale?
Is it your abdomen,
Your shoulders,
Your ribs,
Your chest,
Your nostrils?
Just notice what it is like to inhale,
To receive inspiration.
Where does your body move as you exhale?
Is it your abdomen,
Your shoulders,
Your ribs,
Your chest,
Your nostrils?
Notice what it feels like to release.
You are so powerful,
So full of life.
Just take a few breaths together and breathe in,
Draw in some inspiration.
Breathe out,
Release any tension.
Drawing it all the way in.
Release,
Letting it go.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let's take three more together.
Breathe in.
Let it go.
Fill up.
Empty.
