This is a short breath practice just for fun.

So find yourself in a seat and let's begin.

Start by gently bouncing your body up and down and then notice how your breath responds.

See if you can begin to exhale as you land with each bounce.

Just let it be fun,

Let it be easy.

Continue gently bouncing even if it feels like you're forcing it at first.

Gently bounce up and down and drop the exhale each time you land.

Then start to shift the sound of your exhale to be that of a ha ha ha ha ha.

It can be as loud or as quiet or even silent as long as you keep your breath,

Your body gently bouncing.

Keep it going like a rubber ball gently bouncing up and down up and down.

Exhale maybe try bouncing a little bit faster making a little more sound.

Maybe I'm finding some laughter.

Keep it going,

Keep it light.

Let it go.

Big breath in,

Let it go.

Big breath in,

Fill up into your belly and your chest,

Rock your pelvis forward.

Exhale round through your spine,

Let the air just seep out.

Breath in,

Open up.

Just let it go.

Three more like that.

Inhale,

Tilt your pelvis forward,

Rock forward,

Fill all the way up into the front side of your body and exhale just let it slide out.

Inhale and exhale.

Last one like that.

Inhale as you rock forward and exhale to round.

Keep rounding,

Tuck your chin in towards your chest and start to take a few sniff breaths in and out through your nose.

So imagine that like a bunny you're trying to sniff maybe like a dog or any other animal you've ever seen in their natural habitat sniffing.

Now that you're on the trail maybe you're actually smelling something see if you can start to focus in and increase the intensity.

Imagine like you are hot on the trail here so close sniff a little faster and just let that go.

Soften your shoulders,

Inhale gently keep your chin tucked in towards your chest as you start to roll your spine back up top.

Take a breath in imagine your spine growing long.

Breath out,

Imagine roots growing out through your seat down into the ground.

Breath in,

Grow a little bit taller,

Branch out.

Exhale,

Feel those roots connect into your core.

Inhale and then up tall towards the Sun or the moon.

Exhale,

Feel into your roots.

When you're ready you can let your breath rearrange itself into its natural flowing pattern.

When you're ready you can make your way back into the rest of your day.

This concludes our breath practice today.

Thank you.

I love you.
