I am so happy that you're here you I'd like to take you on a journey to my favorite place a place so far removed from our society that no trouble can find us there no stress or worry knows the directions to this place close your eyes now take a deep breath in and let it out through the mouth now imagine yourself sitting in a beautiful open field filled with green luscious grass crystal blue skies hang high above you without a cloud in sight enchanting rolling hills stretch as far as your eyes can see the warmth of the sun is hugging you the strength of the earth is grounding you take another deep breath in to fully arrive in this moment this place my friend is a special place it is a place that love calls home welcome home can you feel the beauty and the openness of this space it is a place that can only be found when one looks within take another deep breath in this is the home of unconditional love the more revisited the more it thrives it lives in the deepest depths of our hearts it is the source of all acts of love and kindness in the world now let's take a deep breath in and let it out it is always here waiting for you so so this is your home no matter where you are so i hope you take this journey often i hope you come home so my dear friend i send you so much love peace and good vibrations thank you for meditating with me namaste so
