Hello dear one,
I am so happy that you are here.
I would like to take you on a journey.
A gentle walk down memory lane.
Let's go back to a time when you once were a beautiful,
Innocent,
Gentle child.
Do you remember what that was like?
That special place that you called home.
The place where you were happy and at ease.
Where you felt safe and secure.
Can you recall it now?
Your childhood bed.
The table where you ate dinner.
The street where you played with your friends.
Do you remember the deep rooted trust you felt for your parents?
They knew so much.
In hindsight,
It's very likely that they were just young souls trying to figure out their way.
But to us,
They were heroes.
Do you remember the warmth of your mother's hug?
And the way you felt protected from the world when cradled in her arms.
Perhaps it was your father's embrace that made you feel unstoppable.
Now close your eyes,
My dear one.
Picture that one special person that made you feel most loved.
The one who gave you all their love.
The one who gave you all their love.
Can you see their face now?
Can you look into their eyes?
Can you see them smiling?
Where are they today?
Can you tell them you love them?
Or are they watching over you from another realm?
These people are our angels,
Whether they are alive or are in a spiritual form.
They are the teachers of love.
And you yourself,
My dear one,
May be that special angel for someone else.
For someone who's younger and more fragile than we are.
Can you see their face now?
Can you look into their eyes?
Can you see their face now?
Childhood is a magnificent place where wonder is always around the corner and laughter comes quickly and often.
It is a time where we believe in ourselves as well as the goodness of the world.
But with time,
Things change.
Our knowledge grows,
Guards go up,
Wonder dissipates,
And magic tricks lose their appeal.
But does it really have to be this way?
I believe that inside of each one of us,
Beneath the heavy layers of tension and tough skin,
Lives a young soul that believes in all the wonders of the world.
I believe that this inner child is still there today,
Patiently waiting for us to invite them out to play.
Why do we have to stray so far from this loving young being that we once were?
Why do we have to grow up?
I invite you to reconnect with this inner child,
To come out to play.
Relive the wonder and amazement that could only be seen through the eyes of a child.
Do not forget or neglect the child that still lives within.
Thank you for meditating with me,
My dear one.
I'm sending you so much love,
Peace,
And good vibrations today and always.
Namaste.
