I am so happy that you are here Music As you settle,

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment Music Take a deep breath in and let it out through the mouth Music Take two more breaths,

Just like that Music This conscious shaping of our breath brings with it a deep sense of relaxation and peace Music Take another deep breath in Music Bring in mind your focus and your awareness to your breath Music Feel the rise and fall of your chest Music Observe this beautiful movement that gives us life Music And when the thoughts begin to wander,

Bring them back to the space by focusing on your breath Music On your next inhale,

Make it the longest breath you have taken all day Music And as you exhale,

Release any tension that may be sitting heavy on your heart Music Feel your shoulders drop Music Feel your neck relax Music Release any tension in your jaw,

The forehead,

Your eyes Music Music In this moment you are safe and at peace Music Take another deep breath in Music With every breath you take,

Feel your mind quiet Feel your heart rest Music These breaths we take my friend are not given Each one of them is a beautiful gift Music Take another deep breath in and let it out on its side Music In this moment you are safe You are calm You are surrounded with love,

Very nice.. Superb... excellent..5 stars from me... hope you can select best music.. Though in this session, music was fine, but I think you can select more better than this like wind with flute in low volume with water sounds..
