Good morning to you beautiful mamas.
Slept well?
Maybe,
Maybe not.
I probably didn't.
But us mothers,
We are here anyway ready to start our lovely meditation.
Maybe you had a rough night,
Maybe it's pouring down,
Maybe you have a to-do list as long as your arm,
Or perhaps not.
But true happiness resides in the moment.
So right now it's okay and let's embrace the new morning and the wonderful moments your day will bring you.
So close your eyes when it's safe for you to do so.
This is your time now to rest and relax.
So give yourself permission to really let go and allow yourself to enjoy this special me time.
Dedicate the next 10 minutes to you.
Put yourself first and know that you are absolutely allowed to let the outside world fade away for a while,
Whilst you take the time to relax.
And now just bring your attention to your breathing.
You don't have to change your breathing pattern in any way.
Just notice it.
The rhythm of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Notice if you're breathing from your chest or deep down in your belly.
Are you breathing shallowly and quickly or slowly and deeply?
Just be with your breath now and completely accept it just as it is.
Allowing yourself to let go.
Going deeper into rest.
And you don't have to manipulate your breath but you may now invite deeper energising breaths.
As you breathe in this way I wonder if you can imagine an invigorating energy that has a colour which feels just right for you.
Starting to rise up through the soles of your feet.
This powerful pranic energy rises up through your body,
Through your legs into the chakras.
Feeling every pore,
Fibre,
Cell,
Muscle,
Bone of your entire self.
This ball of universal energy available to us all rises up through the top of your head,
Cleansing and clearing every part of you.
You feel more alive,
Vital,
Positive and energetic.
Focus on the beauty of this moment right now.
At this time there is nothing to worry about.
Right now there is peace,
Calm,
Joy,
Stillness,
Energy and focus.
Send a message deep into your heart.
I am good enough.
I am deeply blessed.
Today you do what you can as a mum and leave what you can't.
However the day goes,
You leave here feeling recharged,
Grateful,
Certain and positive.
