What colour do you instinctively feel you need now?
What colour today is your colour of calm?
What colour gives you a healthy sense of control?
Breathe it in,
Feel your heart glow and vibrate with love,
Peace and calm.
On the exhale you can imagine this colour flowing out from your heart into the rest of your body.
It's safe to let go,
Just centre yourself in the heart.
Let go of the to do lists,
Let go of stresses and strains,
Because ultimately,
All is well,
You are safe.
It's safe for you to focus on taking care of yourself,
Nurture yourself now.
Allow this light to embrace you,
A warm embrace.

There's no need to rush.
