Whatever the day has brought you so far,

I want you to know that now it's time to focus on you,

To rest,

Relax and to let go of stress and overwhelm.

I understand that life can be overwhelming,

Perhaps this is something you feel a lot of the time,

Or just occasionally.

But usually when we feel overwhelmed we are too much in the head,

We are living from the mind.

So today,

Right here,

Right now,

We are going to relax and bring our energy down,

Back into the heart.

Because heart living is peaceful living,

And peaceful living means a peaceful you.

So you can close your eyes if you haven't done so already,

And I want you to imagine that with every breath you breathe from the heart.

So with every inhale you breathe light into your heart.

This light can be any colour you wish it to be.

What colour do you instinctively feel you need now?

What colour today is your colour of calm?

What colour gives you a healthy sense of control?

Breathe it in,

Feel your heart glow and vibrate with love,

Peace and calm.

On the exhale you can imagine this colour flowing out from your heart into the rest of your body.

It's safe to let go,

Just centre yourself in the heart.

Let go of the to do lists,

Let go of stresses and strains,

Because ultimately,

All is well,

You are safe.

It's safe for you to focus on taking care of yourself,

Nurture yourself now.

Allow this light to embrace you,

A warm embrace.

You feel held,

You feel cared for,

You can relax.

I want you to know that you can move through your day one step at a time,

One very small step at a time if need be.

There's no need to rush.

Move your life one step at a time and do things bit by bit.

This is all you need to focus on today.

I'm wondering if you remember the truth that taking your time step by step,

Bit by bit,

Actually helps you to complete tasks more quickly and easily.

Whatever is needing your focus in your life now,

You can prioritise and just focus on that one thing,

One step at a time.

Remembering that you are calm,

You are centred,

You are in control.

I am calm,

Centred and in control.

I am a strong and empowered woman,

I can do this.

I flow through my day one step at a time.

I am at peace with myself,

My life and the world around me.

Just focus on your heart,

On that light and seal it safe forever.

Remembering that this beautiful light lives inside of you.

And you can choose now to live your life from this place of calm and peace.

Understanding that this is the real reality.

That calm and peaceful living is your truth now.

And it's time to come back to the room now.

And you can do so bringing back with you a strong and powerful,

Yet calm and peaceful sense of awareness.

Just beginning to open your eyes now.

Feeling calm,

Relaxed and at peace.

I am a man and was able to bypass the woman mantra. This was deeply therapeutic and helpful while I had just previously gone through a turbulent ripple in my day. That was fantastic and one of my favourite meditations I've done. The visualization of a coloured breath really helped focus me. I didn't actually notice (note to self - read descriptions. Not just titles), until half way in, that this meditation is specifically aimed at women. Especially with the "I am a strong, independent woman" mantra (or something like that) but, aside from that moment, this was a meditation that can certainly be enjoyed by all. 5 stars from me and a follow. Really really wonderful stuff.
