Hello and welcome to your 10-minute daily booster that's going to help you relax and let go.
This is your time now to let go of stressful feelings and completely relax.
So find somewhere comfortable where you won't be disturbed and allow yourself to let go completely for the next 10 minutes.
And begin by taking a few deep breaths and imagine that on every exhale you are breathing away those stressful feelings.
You can almost put the outside world on pause for the next 10 minutes or so so that you can let go completely and enjoy this special time.
This is a wonderful time dedicated to you.
Allow your breathing to settle into its natural rhythm now.
Beginning to breathe calmly and gently.
Your muscles can start to soften as the beautiful music in the background carries a gentle sensation of relaxation through every part of you now.
Starting at the top of your head soften your forehead.
That beautiful soft feeling flowing down through your face into your neck and shoulders carrying any stress and tension leaving your entire body loose completely relaxed.
Floating down into the rest of your body.
Your chest.
Stomach.
Down into your legs and feet to the tips of each toe.
And now I'd like you to imagine as you rest there your entire being is bathing in a beautiful bubble of pure light and this light can be whatever color you want it to be but it's a color that represents calm,
Peace,
Protection and safety.
And just imagine that color flowing through every part of you and surrounding you completely.
Experience just how safe and protected you feel right now as you bathe in this beautiful bubble of light feeling as though it's supporting you,
Protecting you somehow,
Keeping you safe,
Secure,
Calm and connected to all those positive feelings flowing through you now.
And I'd like you to know that this bubble of light that surrounds you is here to help you,
To keep you peaceful and relaxed in the outside world.
No matter what's going on around you when you are bathing in this bubble of pure light nothing negative can touch you.
You are completely protected from anything and anyone that could previously cause you any kind of stress because it's absolutely possible to remain calm and centered at all times regardless of what's going on around you.
And so you can think of certain situations in the outside world that used to cause you stress but I want you to know now that you have this bubble of light surrounding you and those feelings can't touch you anymore,
They can't affect you anymore.
Any negativity or outside tension will just bounce off you because this beautiful,
Strong,
Powerful bubble of light protects you.
You can stand tall,
Strong,
Calm and centered knowing that from this day forwards no matter what's going on around you,
You can always remain relaxed,
Calm,
Centered.
The things that used to upset you just seem unimportant to you now.
You know and understand at a very deep level that you can remain calm at all times and just continue to listen to the soft music as you hear the following affirmations and you may like to simply allow my words to wash over you or perhaps you would like to repeat the affirmations in the silence of your own mind or even out loud,
