So I invite you now to just settle down into a comfortable position,
Just allowing your body to rest and relax.
Just welcome relaxation,
Feeling the muscles in your body begin to let go.
Giving yourself permission to really let go.
To journey to that place within you that's safe,
Secure,
Calm and relaxed.
And we can deepen the sense of relaxation with a focus on the breath.
Taking a few deep breaths now,
Using the exhale as an opportunity to release all traces of tension from the body.
Just letting go of the thoughts of the past,
The worries of the future.
Just coming into the here and the now.
Every time you breathe in you invite into your body,
Into your being,
A sense of calm,
A sense of safety and harmony.
Feeling a beautiful wave of relaxation just flowing through you.
Gentle waves from the top of your head flowing down to the tips of your toes.
Clearing away any unwanted feelings,
Thoughts.
Cleansing body,
Mind and soul.
Just allow your breath to settle into its own natural rhythm now.
Coming easy breaths,
Deepening your experience.
Your body just going deeper and deeper into relaxation now.
The soothing sound of my voice calming and reassuring you.
My voice is your voice of safety,
Of security.
The vibration of my voice creates a bubble of light around you now.
A bubble of protection,
A bubble of divine light which soothes and comforts you.
And you can bring your attention to your heart centre,
Your heart chakra in the centre of your chest.
You can just imagine a ball of pink light there.
Shining brightly.
Focusing on a feeling of love and peace.
Just allowing that pink light to expand across your entire chest.
With each inhale this light becomes brighter,
Stronger.
And I want you to imagine the person or the people that right now you're missing.
The people you're separated from physically.
And I want you to know that even when we are physically separated from those we love,
We can energetically connect with them.
Because with energy there is no separation.
And so I want you to imagine this pink light within your heart travelling now across any distance necessary,
Quickly and easily to reach those that you love,
Those that right now you are separated from.
And I want you to imagine that light reaching that person or those people and just surrounding them in this beautiful,
Loving pink light.
Simply connecting with their energy,
Sending your love through this pathway of light to this person or those people.
To reach their heart.
And as this light and this love builds and builds you can imagine a huge bubble of light surrounding you and your loved one.
Feeling their presence with you.
Be connected.
Using the power of your imagination and your mind's eye to imagine right now being with that person.
You can communicate telepathically.
You can feel how it would feel to be physically with this person or those people.
As this light around you becomes brighter,
Stronger and any space within you that may have felt lonely,
Isolated can now be filled with this pink light.
Feel yourself becoming whole as you glow with this light that you embody.
Focusing on the love,
The closeness,
The connection.
Comforting you,
Reassuring you.
Allow yourself to be intuitively guided now.
You may want to imagine hugging this person.
Engaging in conversation,
Whatever you wish.
And I'll allow you some time to just enjoy this beautiful experience.
That's wonderful.
I want you to remember that even if we are physically separated from those we love,
We can still choose to energetically connect with our loved ones.
To nurture the loving connections and allow this love and this connection to fill your heart,
Your chest and your entire being with a sense of love and peace.
And I want you to feel that any places within you that previously felt empty,
Sad or alone,
Are now filled with this pink light.
Focusing feelings of security,
Connectedness and love.
We can now close this meditation but I want you to know that the connection you've made today,
The positive feelings you've absorbed will remain and grow stronger as the days go on.
And that this is a practice you can do whenever you feel intuitively guided to.
And so we can just begin to bring some gentle movement into the body now.
Slowly opening the eyes.
Just grounding yourself.
You might like to imagine roots sprouting from the soles of your feet,
Growing down into the earth,
The centre of the earth.
Grounding you as you feel centred,
Balanced,
Beautifully aligned between the sky above and the earth below.
Taking a lovely deep breath and ready to continue with the rest of your day.
